Company Introduction 2010年9月1日，常州天禄出资设立天禄光电。天禄光电设立时的注册资本为400万元人民币，常州天禄以货币出资400万元，占注册资本的100.00%。2010年11月9日，苏州市相城工商行政管理局向公司核发了注册号为320507000127892的《企业法人营业执照》。天禄光电设立时注册资本为400万元人民币，实收资本为400万元人民币。公司系由天禄光电以2016年2月29日为基准日整体变更设立的股份公司。2016年8月3日，北京中企华资产评估有限责任公司出具《评估报告》（中企华评报字[2016]第3676号）。经评估，截至2016年2月29日，天禄光电经评估的净资产值为11,136.24万元。2016年8月3日，天禄光电召开股东会并作出决议，将天禄光电整体变更为股份公司。2016年8月25日，经苏州市工商行政管理局核准，公司完成了工商变更登记手续，并取得了新《企业法人营业执照》，统一社会信用代码为913205075643226621，注册资本7,736.4344万元。 自成立以来，公司始终致力于导光板研发、生产、销售，导光板是液晶显示设备用背光模组的核心器件之一。 公司建立了基于光学理论、数学计算、建模仿真、统计与分析的导光板研发方式，以研发路径创新为引导，设立精密模具加工部及光学分析实验室，创造性研发出“导光板入光调制透镜阵列加工技术”，构建起导光板生产技术体系。公司现有发明专利3项、实用新型专利90项，公司逐步在行业内确立了技术优势。公司持续高标准建设信息化与自动化高效融合的现代化工厂，建立了管理科学、技术先进、可柔性运作的生产体系，可根据不同产品需求进行相应适应的生产调整，严谨地进行生产计划安排，在合理利用产能的同时，满足大批量、多类型客户订单的快速交付需求。 液晶显示产品推陈出新速度快，产品机型、外观、性能等不断升级换代。导光板需要进行定制化的研发设计，使之与不同的液晶显示产品相适应，公司下游客户在选择合格供应商时认证过程严格、复杂、周期长，需实地考察导光板生产企业的研发能力、工艺技术、产品质量、供应稳定性、响应速度等，具体机型合作要经过打样、认证、试产等程序，双方一旦建立合作，则可以形成信任度高的稳定供应链关系。公司凭借雄厚的研发实力、先进的生产体系、快速的客户需求响应能力、高品质的产品质量，在行业内树立了较高的知名度，并已通过众多高端优质客户的认证，主要有京东方、中国电子、明基友达、翰博高新、中强光电、小米集团等。
