Company Introduction 公司是主要从事血液净化及病房护理领域医用高分子耗材等医疗器械的研发、生产与销售的高新技术企业，是国内较早专注于该领域的企业之一，拥有较强的品牌影响力。主要产品包括血液净化装置的体外循环血路、一次性使用动静脉穿刺器、一次性使用一体式吸氧管、喂食器及喂液管等。 公司已取得20项国内医疗器械注册/备案证书，其中第II类医疗器械注册证13项，第III类医疗器械注册证7项。另外，公司已通过FDA企业备案，部分产品已通过欧盟CE认证与FDA产品列名。公司已通过ENISO13485：2016质量管理体系认证。 自成立以来，公司一直专注于医用高分子耗材等医疗器械的研发、生产与销售，积累了丰富的研发、生产、运营等经验，拥有自动化程度较高的生产线以及完善的质量保障体系。经过多年的发展，公司产品销售覆盖国内31个省份、直辖市及自治区，并出口至亚洲、欧洲、北美、南美、非洲等国家和地区。根据弗若斯特沙利文公司的相关研究报告，按照产品的销售量排名，2018年公司在我国体外循环血路市场份额排名第二。 公司坚持立足于技术创新，不断加大技术研发投入，主要产品具有自主知识产权，截至本招股说明书签署日，公司拥有28项专利，其中发明专利8项，实用新型专利18项，外观设计专利2项。公司作为起草单位之一，参与国家行业标准《心血管植入物和人工器官血液净化装置的体外循环血路（YY0267-2008）》、《血液透析及相关治疗血液净化装置的体外循环血路（YY0267-2016）》的制定，公司董事长兼总经理吴志敏在这两项标准中担任主要起草人之一。 公司2008年12月即取得由宁波市科学技术厅、宁波市财政厅、宁波市国家税务局、宁波市地方税务局联合颁发《高新技术企业证书》，并持续通过高新技术企业资格复审。自2008年以来，公司陆续获评宁波市企业工程（技术）中心、省级高新技术企业研究开发中心、国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、浙江省创新型示范中小企业、浙江省“隐形冠军”企业等多项荣誉。公司的主要产品血液净化装置的体外循环血路、一次性使用动静脉穿刺器、一次性使用一体式吸氧管被评为“浙江省优秀工业产品”。
