Company Introduction 2007年9月11日，汪汉平、普小华签署《湖北中一铜业有限公司章程》，同意共同出资设立湖北中一铜业有限公司，注册资本为人民币1000万元。2007年9月13日，湖北中一铜业有限公司取得云梦县工商局核发的营业执照（注册号：420923010000281），设立时有限公司名称为湖北中一铜业有限公司。2016年4月30日，有限公司召开临时股东会，同意聘请中兴财光华会计事务所（特殊普通合伙）为本次有限公司整体变更为股份公司的审计机构；同意聘请开元资产评估有限公司为本次有限公司整体变更为股份公司的评估机构。2016年7月20日，中兴财光华出具《验资报告》（中兴财光华审验字（2016）第323012号）：截至2016年7月20日，公司已收到全体股东缴纳的注册资本(股本)合计人民币肆仟万元整（40,000,000.00元），各股东以其持有的中一有限截至2016年4月30日的净资产55,064,095.46元折合为股本人民币肆仟万元整（40,000,000.00元），其余未折股部分计入公司资本公积。2016年7月28日，公司取得孝感市工商行政管理局颁发的营业执照（统一社会信用代码：91420923665482649P），股份公司正式成立。 湖北中一科技股份有限公司主营业务为6～175μm各类高性能电解铜箔的研发、生产和销售，产品主要应用于锂离子电池。中科铜箔是中一股份重要子公司，主要生产12～175μm电解铜箔，主要用于印制电路板。公司致力于打造一流企业，实现“中国锂电铜箔最强品牌”的发展战略目标。目前公司的铜箔产品主要应用于锂系电池和印制电路板，锂离子电池广泛应用于手机、数码相机、笔记本电脑等便携式电子产品、车用动力电池、太阳能、储能电站及电网调峰用电源、EPS医疗用应急电源等领域；印制电路板则被广泛应用于通讯、光电、消费电子、汽车、航空航天等众多领域。
