Company Introduction 公司成立于2004年10月22日，成立时公司名称为“上海优宁维生物科技有限公司”，并于2015年12月8日完成股份制改制，名称变更为“上海优宁维生物科技股份有限公司”。2016年4月12日，全国中小企业股份转让系统有限责任公司出具《关于同意上海优宁维生物科技股份有限公司股票在全国中小企业股份转让系统挂牌的函》（股转系统函[2016]2993号）。2016年5月13日，公司股票在股转系统挂牌并公开转让，证券简称为―优宁，证券代码为―83720。公司股票自2017年12月13日起在股转系统终止挂牌。 公司自成立以来一直专注于为生命科学、生物医药、医疗诊断、分析检测等领域科研工作者提供一站式抗体相关的产品和专业技术服务，致力于在抗体研究和应用领域建立“优宁维—抗体专家”的知名品牌和良好口碑，最终打造成为国内生命科学研究相关产品与服务的一站式系统供应商。公司主要面向客户群体为高等院校、研究所、医院、药厂、血液中心、疾病预防控制中心、检验检疫、体外诊断试剂公司、细胞治疗公司及其他类型生物医药公司等，产品广泛应用于免疫学、细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、传染病研究、肿瘤学、创新药研发等领域。 公司专注于生命科学研究服务，根据生命科学试剂品种繁多、单一品牌产品品种有限，客户群体庞大、应用领域分散的特点，搭建了国内专业全面的生命科学综合服务一站式平台。公司整合了Agilent、BD、CST、Cytiva（原GE）、Merck、PerkinElmer、R&D systems、Miltenyi、MSD、Qiagen 等50 多家行业知名品牌抗体产品，形成了以第三方品牌产品为主、自主品牌产品为辅的供应体系，在行业内树立了―优宁维-抗体专家‖的品牌形象。目前公司提供生命科学试剂产品SKU 超过469 万种，覆盖基因、蛋白、细胞、组织及动物等不同水平的研究对象，涵盖生命科学基础研究、医学基础研究、体外诊断研究、药物研发、细胞治疗研究等领域，是国内抗体品种及规格最全面的供应商之一，有效满足不同领域研究人员对抗体多元化的应用需求。在生命科学试剂基础上，公司配套提供相关仪器及耗材，全面满足客户科研需求。
