Company Introduction 中科环保服务于国家“绿色发展”的生态环保战略，依托中国科学院科技资源和多年科技成果产业化的先进经验，专注于为政府和社会提供废弃物处理处置综合服务。中科环保系中国科学院以科技创新为引领的环保产业平台，目标发展成为“科技改变环境”的卓越企业。 中科环保长期扎根于我国环境保护领域，围绕生活类垃圾处理业务形成以垃圾处理服务收入、供电收入及供热收入为主的盈利模式。公司创新建立了以生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为主体，协同处置餐厨废弃物、污泥、医疗废物等多种废弃物的循环经济产业园模式；实践了废弃物焚烧处理并提供工业企业供热的热能高效利用模式，在完成废弃物处理的同时，提供了工业热源基础设施服务；较早实现了循环流化床工艺焚烧发电厂在不停产情况下改扩建为炉排炉工艺的工程示范。 在此基础上，公司积极谋求业务拓展，持续优化业务结构，围绕生活垃圾焚烧发电业务，形成以生活类垃圾处理业务为核心，积极拓展危废处理处置业务，同时带动环保装备销售及技术服务协同发展的业务结构。 中科环保系高新技术企业，围绕“自主研发、院所合作、引进创新”建立并完善科技创新机制，积极开展先进焚烧技术与装备、污染物超低排放控制技术与装备、智能技术工程化应用等研发工作。公司慈溪项目曾多次为《生活垃圾/医疗废弃物阻滞二恶英产生成套技术与装备开发》和《生活垃圾焚烧二恶英污染物阻断技术研究》等课题研发提供现场应用研究、工程实验支持和工程示范，所参与《废弃物焚烧与钢铁冶炼二恶英污染控制技术与对策》项目荣获2019年国家科学技术进步二等奖。公司子公司中科能环所参与《有机废弃物高负荷厌氧消化和低压变压吸附脱碳生产生物天然气技术》被评为2021年四川省科学技术进步二等奖。 同时，发行人与中国科学院成都生物研究所、中国科学院生态环境研究中心等科研机构及高校建立技术交流与合作关系，积累大量技术经验。此外，公司与丹麦伟伦公司进行中外技术合作，获得V?lundSystemsTM炉排炉焚烧技术授权，并根据中国生活垃圾特点创新优化设计，实现国际技术国产化创新，成功用于国内生活垃圾焚烧发电项目。公司依托该技术顺利完成慈溪等项目循环流化床焚烧发电工艺向炉排炉焚烧发电工艺的升级改造并实现该技术的市场化推广，有效提升相关生活垃圾焚烧发电项目自动化水平，改善运营效率，促进项目保持良好的盈利水平。 由上，中科环保取得了生活垃圾焚烧发电项目配套技术装备、环保新材料和生物天然气净化与利用等方面的工艺技术，通过市场化推广有效促进环保装备销售及技术服务业务发展。
