Company Introduction 赣州逸豪新材料股份有限公司（下文简称“公司”）成立于2003年10月，于2022年9月在深交所创业板上市，证券代码：301176。公司隶属于赣州逸豪集团，系从事高精电解铜箔及新型电子元器件研发、制造与销售的国家高新技术企业。公司主要产品为电子电路铜箔、铝基覆铜板和印制电路板。 电子电路铜箔系以铜为主要原料，采用电解法生产的金属铜箔，主要作为覆铜板、印制电路板中用于连接各个电子元器件的导电体，是覆铜板、印制电路板生产的主要材料之一。公司PCB铜箔业务的客户主要为覆铜板、PCB等下游行业的知名企业，其中PCB行业客户占比相对较高。PCB客户的铜箔订单具有“多规格、多批次、短交期”的特点，公司基于多年来对PCB生产工艺的了解，建立了高度柔性化的生产管理体系，能更好地满足PCB客户在幅宽、厚度和性能等方面的多样化需求。公司铜箔产品的种类丰富，涵盖超薄铜箔、薄铜箔、常规铜箔和厚铜箔等，最终应用于通讯电子、计算机、消费电子、汽车电子等众多领域。 同时，公司将自产铜箔作为主要原材料之一延伸生产铝基覆铜板。铝基覆铜板属于刚性覆铜板的一种，由导电层、绝缘层、金属基层组成，其中导电层经过蚀刻可形成印制电路，绝缘层主要起粘接、绝缘和导热的功能，金属层主要用于满足铝基覆铜板的散热、机械性能、电性能等需求。 公司掌握了铝基覆铜板全制程生产技术，铝基覆铜板产品使用自产PCB铜箔，具有技术先进、规格齐全、品质稳定、交期及时、低成本等优势。该产品主要应用于LED下游应用行业，如LED（含miniLED）背光、LED照明等。 公司PCB项目一期已于2021年下半年投产，该项目成为国内一流的生产工艺流程自动化、智能化程度高、产品良率高且交付周期短的新型智能制造工厂，结合公司的铜箔与板材生产项目，形成一个PCB制造产业链，为客户从铜箔、板材到PCB制造提供一站式的服务，满足电子电路行业中的客户运营和发展需要。产品定位商用5G、智能家电、智能制造、新能源汽车、手机板、LED照明等产品配套集成模块为未来主攻发展方向。
