| Company Introduction | 公司是一家专业从事精密光电薄膜元件研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业，并具备镀膜材料自研和生产能力，主要产品为摄像头滤光片和光通信元件等，可广泛地应用于消费类电子产品、车载摄像头、安防监控设备以及光通信信号传输、数据中心等多个应用终端领域中。经过多年的深耕，公司在精密光电薄膜元件领域积累了丰富的行业经验并掌握了光学镀膜材料配比开发、光学膜系设计、光路设计、真空蒸发镀膜、磁控溅射镀膜以及精密加工等多项核心技术，得到广大下游客户和终端品牌商的高度认可。 公司自成立以来始终坚持以技术创新为核心，截至本招股说明书签署日，公司拥有专利70 项，其中发明专利9 项，实用新型专利61 项。公司十分注重研发能力提升，具备生产主营产品所需的镀膜、丝印、切割、组立和AOI 自动检测等一系列核心工艺和技术。公司将自主研发的镀膜材料应用到膜系设计中，改进镀膜工艺以改进膜层应力和张力，并结合自主研发的无微裂纹激光切割技术等，耗时近3 年研发生产的高强度超薄蓝玻璃红外截止滤光片较同厚度的日本JSR 树脂材料具有更高透过率、更低反射率的优异光学效果，已搭载在OPPO、传音等品牌主要机型摄像头模组中。此外，公司已具备旋涂红外截止滤光片生产技术，截至本招股说明书签署日，发行人已经中标旋涂红外截止滤光片新项目并将批量出货。同时，公司在光通信领域积极进行产品布局，持续进行新产品研发和工艺改进，已批量生产TO 管帽和GPON 滤光片，公司采用磁控溅射镀膜方式生产CWDM 窄带滤光片，缩短产品成膜时间，降低生产成本，通带Ripple 值控制在<0.15dB 范围内，并保持了较高产品良率，产品一致性、可复制性较传统蒸发镀膜技术更加优异。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
