Company Introduction 公司自成立以来主要聚焦煤矿信息化、智能化建设领域，专业从事智能矿山相关信息系统的开发、生产与销售，能够为下游客户提供“软硬件一体”的信息化、智能化综合解决方案，包括整体方案设计、软硬件产品开发、信息系统集成及相关技术服务等，致力于提升我国煤矿信息化、智能化建设水平。经过多年的技术延伸及产业发展，公司目前已经形成了包含智能矿山通信、监控、集控及装备配套四大类系统的较完善产品体系，具体包括煤矿井下一体化通信系统、全矿井图像监控系统、矿用煤流智能集控系统、采煤工作面智能化配套等。 公司主要产品为智能矿山信息系统，是公司根据下游客户具体的信息化、智能化需求，自主开发系统软件、硬件设备并外购少量第三方组件后所集成，其广泛运用于采煤、掘进、运输、通风、排水等多种煤矿生产作业场景，能够有效满足煤矿生产过程中诸如井下信息高可靠传输交互、煤矿工作全场景可视化监控及智能分析、煤矿生产设备智能集中控制、采掘工作面智能化升级等需求，从而有效提升煤矿生产的自动化、信息化、智能化水平，实现少人化乃至无人化作业，最终达成煤矿生产安全提升、减员增效、节能降耗的产业升级目标。公司主营业务符合国家关于推进煤矿智能化建设的产业政策，并且结合我国大量煤矿的升级改造需求，公司具有较为广阔的市场发展前景。 公司自成立以来一直深耕于煤矿生产信息化配套产品领域，在细分市场中享有较好的市场口碑，公司是江苏省“专精特新”小巨人企业，曾凭借煤矿井下一体化通信、定位、监视和监控系统及基于机器视觉的井下钻杆自动计数系统分别于2018、2019年获得由中国煤炭工业协会、中国煤炭学会联合授予的“中国煤炭工业科学技术奖二等奖”，相应系统产品亦被列入了国家煤监局发布的《煤矿安全生产先进适用技术装备推广目录（第四批）》。另外，公司未来计划依托自身在通信、监控、自动控制等领域积累的技术优势，通过建设研发中心等方式不断进行企业技术升级、延伸，努力实现业务在智能化程度及安全生产需求均较高的行业间进行低成本跨行业复制，进而通过“强链+延链”的方式实现公司业务的高效可持续成长。 公司高度重视技术研发和人才培养，经过在智能矿山领域多年的技术研发、业务实践及应用积累，培养出了一批业内优质人才，建立了较为完善的技术研发体系，能够快速响应行业内客户多样化、定制化的应用场景需求，公司主要客户包括国家能源集团、陕煤集团等众多国内大型煤矿企业以及郑煤机等知名煤矿装备企业。公司凭借其在系统开发以及技术服务等方面的竞争优势，经营规模稳步提升，盈利能力持续攀升，具备较强的竞争力。
