Company Introduction 公司主要从事钴、铜产品的研发、生产与销售，为国内领先的钴产品生产企业之一。根据中国证监会《上市公司行业分类指引（2012年修订）》，公司所属行业为“C32有色金属冶炼和压延加工业”大类；根据国家统计局《国民经济行业分类》（GB/T4754-2017），公司所属行业为“C32有色金属冶炼和压延加工业”大类中的“C3219其他常用有色金属冶炼”和“C3211铜冶炼”的两个小类。公司所从事的动力电池及3C类电池正极材料产业具有广阔的市场前景。随着公司刚果（金）海外战略的进一步深入推进、腾远本部二期13,500金属吨钴盐产品项目的达产，以及产业的进一步向下延伸，公司的行业地位和产业链优势将更加突出。随着新能源车报废浪潮的进一步临近，废旧锂离子电池回收迎来快速增长期，电池废料回收成为锂电材料产业链的焦点。公司也将进一步加快、以更多形式与产业链各个环节优秀企业，建立战略合作，完善二次资源的回收利用体系，有机融入产业生态链。公司持续优化、不断创新，突破或掌握了多样性钴资源回收利用、废旧锂电池回收技术等；目前15,000吨电池废料综合回收车间等厂房已建设完成并投产，碳酸锂、硫酸镍等新产品将在下半年实现销售。公司多个在研项目涉及锂电回收战略布局，包括电池废料优先提锂、预处理分离铜、镍回收等。项目成功后，将降低公司回收金属的成本，提升公司在锂电池废料回收领域的优势。据世界金属统计局（WBMS）公布的最新数据报告显示，2023年1-5月份，全球精炼铜产量为1084.44万吨，消费量为1108.51万吨，供应短缺24.07万吨。长远来看，因全球铜矿品位进一步下降，叠加资源限制等原因，使得铜矿稀缺性逐渐凸显，再生铜供应难形成闭环，全球加速向绿色经济转型，将带动铜需求上升。中期来看，铜供求仍存缺口，宏观环境趋向积极与产业链供求缺口叠加，铜价重心可能进一步上移。在我国碳中和的背景下，全球用电侧和发电侧的新能源化都有利于铜需求的增长，叠加新能源汽车、储能、光伏风电及配套设施的未来持续性增长，预计铜消费将持续增长。
