| Company Introduction | 发行人自设立以来的主营业务为一次性使用无菌输注类医疗器械的研发、生产、销售以及其他诊断、护理等相关医疗用品的集成供应，主要通过―ODM+集成供应‖的模式满足国外医疗器械品牌商对医疗用品的一站式采购需求。 经过多年的发展和经验积累，通过集成创新和引进消化吸收再创新等方式，发行人在一次性使用无菌输注类医疗器械的研发及生产方面均积累了丰富的行业经验，逐渐掌握了多项核心技术及技术诀窍。发行人拥有自动化程度较高的生产设备、成熟的生产工艺、完善的产品质量管控体系和快速响应的服务能力，主要客户均为国外市场医疗器械品牌商，目前已与亚洲、欧洲、南美洲、北美洲、非洲等80多个国家和地区的300多名客户建立了广泛、持续的合作关系。 发行人已经获得国家高新技术企业、安徽省企业技术中心、安徽省省级工业设计中心等认定，并建立了完善的质量管理体系，且已获得了德国南德意志集团（TüVSüD）ISO13485:2016医疗器械质量管理体系认证、欧盟CE产品认证、美国FDA企业注册和产品列名。 截至本招股说明书签署日，发行人共取得12项国内医疗器械注册证书，其中，III类医疗器械注册证书10项，II类医疗器械证书2项；发行人16项产品已通过欧盟CE认证，14项产品已获得美国FDA产品列名。 发行人为客户提供的主要产品包括注射器、输液输血器、医用穿刺针以及血压表、面罩、导尿管等其他各类诊断、护理相关的医疗用品，产品规格丰富，可广泛应用于临床注射、输液输血等治疗。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
