Company Introduction 2011年9月8日，华如科技发起人李杰、韩超和刘旭凌签订了《北京华如科技股份有限公司发起人协议书》，2011年10月28日，北京中泽永诚会计师事务所出具“中泽永诚验字（2011）第1-051号”验资报告对股东的首期出资进行了验证，证明截至2011年10月28日止，华如科技已收到全体发起人认缴的首期出资，合计人民币600万元，各发起人均以货币方式缴纳。2011年11月23日，北京工商局出具了编号为“京工商注册企许字（2011）0164907号”的《准予设立登记通知书》，批准华如科技设立，并向其核发了注册号为110000014437089的《企业法人营业执照》。 公司以军事仿真为主线，依托平台、模型、数据三大基础工程，紧贴作战实验、模拟训练、装备论证、试验鉴定、综合保障的仿真需求，开展产品研发和技术服务，形成一系列面向部队、服务打赢的军事仿真应用产品。
