Company Introduction 欣灵电气股份有限公司——工控元件专业制造商，是一家集科研、开发、生产、销售为一体的无区域的股份制企业。 公司凭借充足的技术基础、生产经验和快速的市场反应能力，打造了“欣灵”、“欣大”和“雷顿”三个自有品牌，业务涉及继电器、配电控制、电气传动与控制、仪器仪表、传感器、开关共六大类上万个品种规格的产品体系，应用领域遍布机械制造、地产、家电、消防、电力、通信等行业。目前已在全国范围内建立完善的销售渠道，形成了自有品牌+ODM双向驱动的经营格局，成功跻身为国内主要的低压电器生产企业。 欣灵的发展历程可以追溯到上个世纪70年代末，1979年欣灵继电器产品问世。1991年“欣灵”品牌随着欣灵继电器厂的组建而崭露头角。1993年，欣灵在业内率先获得国家生产许可，从而为欣灵的快速发展奠定了坚实的基础。1999年，欣灵产品线开始延伸，并顺利改制成立更规范的浙江欣灵电气股份有限公司，随即晋升为无区域股份公司。 公司自2009年起被持续评定为国家高新技术企业，并获得“浙江省知名商号”、“浙江省专利示范企业”、“浙江绿色企业”、“浙江省级高新技术企业研究开发中心”、“浙江省AA级守合同重信用企业”、“浙江省级企业研究院”、“温州市机器换人示范企业”等多项荣誉。率先通过ISO9001：2015、ISO14001:2015和ISO45001：2018认证，获得CCC、CE、UL、TüV等多项国际认证。 公司拥有CNAS国家认可实验室，获得授权专利300多项，软件著作权近百项；作为“浙江省低压电器标准版技术委员会会员单位”，曾参与JJF1282-2011《电子式时间继电器校准规范》和T/ZZB0960-2019《时控开关》的编写，并作为主要起草单位参与了CQC1127-2017《自动转换开关电器用电子式控制器认证技术规范》、T/ZZB1576-2020《时间继电器》、T/ZZB1630-2020《自动转换开关电器》、《电感式接近开关》（编制完成，待发布）的编写工作。 随着行业应用领域的拓展、产品线的不断延伸，公司正积极布局工控产品与5G、物联网技术和大数据的应用，以满足新时代背景下市场的需求，更努力地为用户提供可靠、稳定的产品和全方位的服务。
