| Company Introduction | 发行人主要从事电流感测精密电阻及熔断器的设计、研发、制造和销售。 发行人设立于2014年，自设立以来即专注于电流感测精密电阻及晶片型贴片熔断器产品的研发、生产与销售；发行人全资子公司苏州华德设立于2000年，自设立以来一直致力于熔断器产品的研发、生产与销售，至今已拥有超过20年的熔断器行业经验。经过多年的积累和沉淀，发行人品牌“华德”、“Walter”、“TFT”、“YED”已在中国及海外客户中获得了良好的口碑，具有较强的市场影响力。 发行人主要客户群体广泛，涵盖智能手机终端、电脑终端、家电、电池、PD快充、电源、工业等多个领域的企业。 发行人产品规格系列丰富，应用领域广泛。发行人能够提供上千种规格的产品，产品广泛应用于智能手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、移动电源、智能手表、蓝牙耳机、空调、冰箱、洗衣机、电视、扫地机器人、智能安防、电动工具等众多领域，已经成功应用在包括A公司、三星、小米、联想、新能德、格力、大金、奥海科技、台达、海康威视、大华、视源股份、传音、戴尔、大疆、TTI等数十家国内外知名的智能手机品牌商、可穿戴设备厂商、电源厂商、家电集团、电动工具制造商的产品中。同时，发行人重视新兴产业发展，通过快速跟踪新兴市场需求，以科技创新为驱动，持续开发新产品及迭代产品，不断加速在新兴市场领域的拓展。在汽车业务领域，发行人已获得汽车行业IATF16949质量管理体系认证，产品已进入现代摩比斯、零跑汽车、比亚迪、中车、蔚来的供应链体系，并已经实现批量出货；在光伏储能领域，发行人产品已经进入阳光电源、正泰电器、派能科技、中恒电气的供应链体系；在手持云台及ADAS领域，发行人产品已经进入大疆的供应链体系。此外，发行人与全球一线的通讯及汽车芯片企业高通、英伟达建立了深度合作关系，并已实现批量供货。发行人将电流感测精密电阻产品提供给芯片企业以配合其进行芯片设计，在发行人产品能够满足芯片企业的芯片方案时，芯片企业会将发行人产品纳入最终的芯片方案并将方案提供给终端客户。 发行人持续技术创新，不断积累经验，逐步延伸制造链条，掌握了层压贴合技术、薄膜溅镀技术、黄光微影技术等各生产环节的核心技术，且已经在低电阻率合金材料的开发方面取得进展，并基于对整体工艺的深刻理解自主进行生产流程自动化开发，构建了兼具完备性、协同性和通用性的制造体系，实现了产品的高质量、精益化生产。 发行人凭借优秀的研发及生产实力，被评定为“高新技术企业”、“苏州市市级企业技术中心”、“广东省贴片式精密无源器件（钧崴）工程技术研究中心”“江门市工程技术研究中心”、“江苏省专精特新中小企业”和“广东省专精特新中小企业”。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
