浙江东望时代科技股份有限公司是浙江省东阳市国有资产监督管理办公室实际控制的首家上市公司，证券简称“东望时代”，证券代码：600052。东望时代前身系经浙江省股份制试点协调小组浙股〔1992〕55号文批准，以浙江省东阳市第三建筑工程公司为基础，联合中国人民建设银行浙江省信托投资公司和东阳市信用联社共同发起设立的浙江广厦建筑集团股份有限公司，成立于1993年7月，于1997年4月15日在上海证券交易所挂牌交易，是原国家建设部推荐的全国建筑业首家上市公司。2021年12月更名为浙江东望时代科技股份有限公司。东望时代现总股本8.44亿股。2021年7月12日，东阳市东科数字科技有限公司成为第一大股东，占总股本的28.98%，东阳市国有资产监督管理办公室成为实际控制人。2021年7月28日，东望时代顺利召开2021年第二次临时股东大会和第十一届董事会第一次会议，成功完成了董事会、监事会和经理层换届。从此，东望时代在东阳市委市政府的正确领导下，进入了一个崭新的发展阶段。目前，东望时代控股浙江正蓝节能科技股份有限公司（新三板上市公司，证券简称：正蓝节能，证券代码：836151）、重庆汇贤优策科技有限公司等6家子公司，参股浙商银行股份有限公司、浙江东阳农村商业银行股份有限公司等5家公司，现有员工700余人（含控股子公司），员工普遍素质较高，年龄结构分布合理，中高层管理人员队伍年富力强，对公司发展具有比较好的竞争优势。东望时代主营业务为节能服务和影视文化。节能服务经营主体以浙江正蓝节能科技股份有限公司、重庆汇贤优策科技有限公司为主，主要经营模式为热水供应系统的节能化设计、运营及管理，为大中院校提供热水节能供应服务，业务涵盖全国22个省份；影视文化经营主体以浙江歌画文化发展有限公司为主，公司通过整合市场资源，以合作方式开展影视剧投资业务，以推动公司高质量发展。截至目前，公司业务范围已经涵盖浙江、江苏、江西、山东、安徽、河南、河北、云南、四川等22个省份，已与浙江大学、江苏大学、山东大学、重庆大学、四川大学、安徽师范大学、郑州航空工业管理学院、云南财经大学、南昌医学院等全国250多所高校建立了长期合作关系，每年为220万以上学生提供优质的生活类服务；公司影视文化经营主体以浙江歌画文化发展有限公司为主，公司通过整合市场资源，以合作方式开展影视剧投资业务，以推动公司高质量发展。截止2023年，歌画文化已成功摄制了上千集兼具高度艺术性和商业性的影视作品，题材涉及广泛，其中不少作品荣获“牡丹奖”、“金鹰奖”、“飞天奖”、“五个一工程”奖等，受到广大电视观众及媒体的喜爱。东望时代将始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，聚焦主业主责，以改革创新为根本动力，践行国家双碳战略，围绕新能源技术应用，着力发展节能服务产业，立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局，以更稳健的经营和更高质量的发展，奉献社会、回馈股东、成就员工！
