Company Introduction 湖北美尔雅股份有限公司是于1993年3月20日经湖北省体改委鄂改［1993］122号文件批准,以湖北美尔雅纺织服装实业(集团)公司作为主要发起人,采用定向募集方式设立的股份有限公司。1997年10月16日，本公司成功地通过上海证券交易所公开发行人民币普通股A股5000万股，并于11月6日挂牌交易，公司现有股本36000万股。本公司是以外贸为主的纺织服装企业，主要从事精毛纺织制品、服装及辅料制造、加工和销售。公司主营产品享誉海内外，在日本市场占有较高份额，其中主营产品美尔雅西服荣获欧洲质量金奖。目前，本公司资产总额达8亿元，其中固定资产达2.3亿元，年创外汇近8000万美元，公司拥有年产西服140万套，时装400万套的生产能力，是构建湖北”鄂东服装走廊”的龙头企业，也是国内规模庞大的西服和时装生产企业之一。
