Company Introduction 重庆三峡水利电力(集团)股份有限公司有80余年产业进步历史.为重庆市首家电力上市公司.公司主要从事发、供电业务,是一家集电力开发、多种经营为一体的企业集团.公司现有总资产23亿元,总股本2.675亿股,拥有鱼背山、双河、赶场、长滩、瀼渡以及在建的杨东河等水力发电站和沱口火电厂等直属电站,并控股向家嘴水电站、奉节康乐发电厂.拥有变电站30余座,并与巫溪、湖北恩施和重庆电网联网,已形成"日"字形110千伏骨架网络,可实现110千伏环网运行.公司年售量约10亿千瓦时,在万州区占90%的供电市场份额,是三峡库区重要的电力负荷支撑点.公司实行规范、全面的科学管理制度,法人治理结构完善,股东会、董事会、监事会和经理层职责分明、权责明晰,严格按照现代企业制度管理.董事长叶建桥先生提出了"立足万州、面向全国,电为主业、多元发展"的战略方针,启动了企业新的发展规划.公司将不断提高企业改革创新能力、整体发展能力和竞争赢利能力,逐步把三峡水利打造成为运作规范、资产优质、效益优良,在国内具有一定影响力的优质上市公司。
