Company Introduction 瑞茂通供应链管理股份有限公司成立于2000年，2012年8月，成功在上交所上市，成为首家中国A股上市的民营煤炭供应链服务企业，是中国领先的大宗商品供应链管理服务专家，并连续九年入围中国500强企业。公司致力于通过多种创新方式促进产业链供应链发展，是最早探索产业互联网的供应链企业之一，公司的企业愿景是成为具有国际竞争力的大宗商品供应链管理平台服务商。 瑞茂通积极响应国家“一带一路”倡议号召，加速大宗商品全球化布局，实现了对印度尼西亚、马来西亚、菲律宾、文莱、越南、巴基斯坦、印度、韩国、日本、南非、荷兰、波兰、丹麦、澳大利亚、哥伦比亚、蒙古及中国台湾等30余个国家和地区的业务拓展。历经二十多年产业发展的积淀，公司已实现全球化的大宗商品供应链网络布局，拥有强大的供应链资源掌控能力，为客户提供一体化、定制化的供应链综合服务解决方案，帮助客户降本增效，提升供应链竞争力。 瑞茂通重点围绕“能源安全”和“粮食安全”领域完善经营品类，深化产业布局，主要经营的品类包括煤炭、石油化工品、农产品等。煤炭品类是公司的核心经营品类，也是公司全球化战略布局的重要品类，主要包括动力煤、焦煤、焦炭三大核心品种；石油化工品领域，依托公司在东南亚地区掌握的核心资源优势，重点开发生物柴油品类；农产品领域，主要包括棉花、红枣、大豆等品种，同时依托公司培育多年的大宗商品交易能力和区域优势，在大豆产业链上开展产业布局，在农产品加工及产成品销售方面做产业链延伸。 产业互联网平台建设是瑞茂通战略转型发展中的重点工作，主要围绕资讯和交易两大版块不断提升平台服务的适用性和多样性。核心企业做市商制度是公司产业互联网平台搭建的关键，重点围绕现有的合资公司，依托双方股东的核心资源，各区域核心企业作为产业互联网平台触角，帮助平台实现线下能力的区域延伸、业务机会寻找以及各项资源的精准有效对接。同时，公司充分利用大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等科技手段为供应链产业互联网平台赋能，为产业链客户降本增效，以期实现资源的精准配置及可持续化利用。
