Company Introduction 山西安泰集团股份有限公司前身创建于1983年，逐步由单一焦化企业发展成为跨洗煤、炼焦、轧钢、电力、建材、国际贸易等多种行业在内的大型企业集团。2003年2月12日，“安泰集团”股票在上海证券交易所正式挂牌上市。2006年，经原国家环保总局批准安泰集团创建国家生态工业示范园区。公司是中国炼焦行业协会副会长单位，国家循环经济试点单位，山西省循环经济试点企业、清洁生产及资源节约与综合利用示范企业，国家第五批“绿色工厂”，山西省首批创建零碳（近零碳）产业示范区试点，山西省2019年省级智能制造试点企业。公司于2000年通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证和ISO14001环境管理体系认证，并取得了国家两化融合管理体系3A级认证和能源管理体系认证。公司被授予山西省科技示范企业、全国诚信纳税先进企业、山西省“以企带村”建设社会主义新农村优秀企业、山西省百强民营企业、山西省十大优秀环保企业、山西省转型跨越先进企业、山西省优秀民营企业，山西省质量奖提名奖等荣誉。在建党百年之际，集团党委被山西省委授予先进基层党组织荣誉称号。 公司主要生产设备有国内先进的JN60-6A型焦炉，并有配套完善的化产回收和干熄焦装置，可年产优质冶金焦220万吨及焦油、粗苯、硫铵、硫膏等化产品。“安泰”牌冶金焦质量优异，曾连续多年被评为“山西省名牌产品”，于2019年完成焦化MES系统建设，实现了各项生产数据的自动实时集成和系统的统一管理，有效提升了生产管理效率。拥有120万吨大型H型钢生产线，其主轧设备及工艺技术引进德国西马克·米尔公司，可生产腹板高度200mm—1008mm的H型钢，H型钢作为高效经济绿色环保型材，国家重点鼓励使用，应用范围和市场前景十分广阔。产品通过韩标、欧标系列产品认证，开发了能满足低温冲击性能的Q355C、Q355D、Q355E牌号产品。凭借多规格型号及过硬的质量，安泰型钢被优选应用于多个国家重点工程。“安泰”牌热轧H型钢荣获“山西精品”称号。另外，公司资源综合利用配套建有80万吨矿渣微细粉生产线，以及综合利用园区企业生产过程中产生的煤气、干熄焦余热及其他余热余压等资源进行发电，满足园区企业的生产运行所需。 安泰多年来坚持循环经济绿色发展，先后建成了干熄焦及余热发电、高低压变频节电技术、日处理2万吨污水处理、焦化烟气脱硫脱硝、焦化VOCS治理、原煤料场全封闭、脱硫废液制酸、焦炉上升管余热利用等环保节能工程，各类污染物排放达到了国家超低排放标准，能耗水平达到行业标杆水平，是山西省环保绩效A级企业。同时，通过实施工业废气CO2养藻“碳中和”示范项目，为降低企业碳排放探索出了一条可行路径。 未来，公司将坚持以富民强国为理想，以焦化和特钢产业为核心，在做强做大主业的同时积极向精细化工领域发展，进一步完善和延伸循环经济产业链，不断提升企业信息化、智能化建设水平，打造花园式绿色工厂，努力成为行业内标杆企业。
