Company Introduction 黑龙江北大荒农业股份有限公司（以下简称公司）是由北大荒农垦集团有限公司（原黑龙江北大荒农垦集团总公司）作为独家发起人，发起设立的股份有限公司。公司于1998年11月27日在黑龙江省工商行政管理局注册成立，于2002年3月29日在上海证券交易所挂牌交易，股票代码600598。截止2022年末，公司资产总额82.28亿元，拥有17家分公司、8家子公司、参股5家公司。主要从事谷物、豆类、油料等作物的种植及销售；农副产品初加工；农业技术开发、技术咨询、技术服务及技术转让；仓储服务；食品生产经营；粮食收购等。 公司是我国目前规模较大、现代化水平较高的种植业上市公司和重要的商品粮生产基地，在自然资源、基础设施、农机装备、农业科技服务、组织管理等方面具有显著优势，处于同行业领先水平，为打造安全食品生产基地、维护国家粮食安全做出了卓越贡献。土地总面积1296万亩，耕地面积1158万亩，拥有友谊、八五二、七星、八五六等16家农业分公司。截至2022年末，区域内实现农业机械总量达32.96万台套，农业机械总动力达361.13万千瓦，农业综合机械化率达99%以上。自2002年上市以来，公司通过IPO、发行可转债合计募集31.1亿元，累计现金分红93.97亿元，对股东的累计回报已经超出募集资金的202%，出色履行了回报股东的使命。 公司凭借出色的成长业绩，丰厚的股东回报，诚信规范的管理和积极履行社会责任，先后荣膺中国上市公司百强、中国上市公司财务安全500强、中国上市公司杰出股东回报奖等殊荣；股票曾先后入选上证50指数、红利指数、沪深300指数、中证100指数样本股、上证180指数样本股。自2010年开始，公司连续5年入选“财富中国企业500强排行榜”。 前进中的北大荒农业股份，竭诚欢迎国内外有识之士前来投资兴业，共谋发展。
