Company Introduction 广汇物流（600603.SH）自2003年开始布局，2016年登陆A股市场。广汇物流充分利用新疆位于丝绸之路经济带核心区的区位优势，定位于“一条通道、四个基地”，建设运营新疆铁路“北翼通道”,布局四川广元、甘肃柳沟、宁夏宁东和甘肃明水四大综合能源物流基地,已转型成为以能源物流为战略方向的现代物流上市公司。2019年，公司荣获四川成都纳税百强企业；2021年，位列四川上市公司营收排行榜第53位。2022年9月，广汇物流股价突破历史新高，最高达到12.88元/股，市值突破了160亿元。2022年，广汇物流营业收入50.19亿元，归属上市公司股东净利润5.42亿元，缴纳税费3.17亿元。广汇物流2023年前三季度实现营业收入20.91亿元，同比增长65.59%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润4.39亿元，同比增长83.55%；基本每股收益0.37元/股，同比增长85.00%。 控股435公里的红淖铁路、参股431公里的将淖铁路 红淖铁路全长435公里，是全国首条由民企建设的国网电气化重轨铁路。西端在白石湖南站与将淖铁路相接，东端在甘肃红柳河站与兰新铁路相接实现出疆，期间在镜儿井北站与临哈铁路柔远站交接，成为同时连通出疆“主通道”和“北翼通道”的关键线路。目前在淖毛湖区域拥有2条铁路装车环线、3套智能化铁路快装系统、3座煤炭装卸站场，日均装车能力达40列，目前运能4000万吨/年。2023年电气化改造完成后，运能将达到6000万吨/年。同时，2023年启动铁路复线工程建设，预计2025年10月建成，届时运能将超过2.35亿吨/年，能够大幅提升红淖铁路的外运能力。 将淖铁路全长431公里，自淖毛湖地区白石湖南站接轨引出，向西途径伊吾、巴里坤、木垒后，抵达乌将铁路将军庙站后连接乌准铁路，向东连接红淖铁路，进而实现与兰新铁路和临哈铁路相连，打通出疆北部通道。是哈密、准东地区煤炭资源开发的重要基础设施，是疆煤外运通道的重要集运线路，是京津翼—西北通道的重要组成部分。 将淖-红淖铁路贯通后全长（正线）780公里，建成后将成为新疆铁路“一主两翼”战略的“北翼通道”。准东地区货物若从将淖-红淖线出疆将比从乌将-兰新线过红柳河出疆，将缩短28%的运输距离、节约26%的运输成本、缩短30%的运输时间，能够大幅提升物流效率，将极大带动北疆地区沿线经济社会发展，成为准东地区、三塘湖和淖毛湖等矿区建设开发的重要基础设施，也是“疆煤外运”的重要通道及煤化工产品外运的重要线路。 布局四大综合能源物流基地 四川广元综合能源物流基地：广元综合能源物流基地总用地面积约800亩，2022年9月已开工建设，预计2024年12月底前建成投运。通过“疆煤入川”填补川渝地区煤炭需求缺口，项目规划建设规模2000-2500万吨，主要辐射川渝、云贵及两湖地区。 甘肃柳沟综合能源物流基地：柳沟综合能源物流基地在甘肃瓜州县城以东60公里,地处兰新铁路、敦煌铁路、兰新客运专线交汇处,与规划的柳沟至红沙梁铁路专用线接轨。项目占地面积2019亩，约134.6万平米，主要开展铁路运输煤炭、煤制品、煤化工产品的仓储、装卸、抑尘等业务。改造后年煤炭运营能力可达到2000-3000万吨，主要辐射甘肃全域及青海地区，是广汇物流疆煤外运的第一站。 宁夏宁东综合能源物流基地：宁东综合能源物流基地项目总设计静态储煤能力100万吨、年最大周转量3000-5000万吨。通过铁路运输、煤炭掺配加工等业务，填补了宁夏地区用煤需求缺口。本项目作为广汇煤炭储运基地的交通基础配套设施，建成后将是疆煤入宁的主要枢纽工程。 甘肃明水综合能源物流基地：项目位于甘肃肃北蒙古族自治县马鬃山经济开发区明水站，项目建成后总设计静态储煤能力100万吨，可实现煤炭年周转量2000-4000万吨，主要辐射宁夏及华北地区。 四大综合能源物流基地建成后，通过与上游铁路连接，形成完整的能源物流体系，大幅延长疆煤辐射范围。将新疆优势能源产品尤其是煤炭产品销售前移，通过淡储旺用进行煤炭调配，提升新疆煤炭价值。通过“点对点”运输，将运营的四大基地编织成网，相互之间形成物流支撑，提高铁路运输效率，提升疆煤外运量，推动新疆能源优势转换，增强疆煤在终端市场的竞争力。
