Company Introduction 中航工业产融控股股份有限公司是中国航空工业集团有限公司（简称航空工业）控股的金融控股类上市公司，担负着发挥产融结合优势、探索航空产业发展模式的重要使命。 航空工业在成立之初即对内部金融资产进行整合，通过股权划转与托管方式，将证券公司、财务公司、租赁公司、信托公司、期货公司、产业基金、保险公司置入公司。同时，公司根据战略规划进一步完善主要金融业态。 在贯彻航空工业"一心、两融、三力、五化"发展战略的同时，确定了自己的战略定位： 一是构建"全牌照"金融业务平台，打造一流金融控股公司。 二是依托中国航空工业集团有限公司，拓展产融结合深度与广度。 三是投资新材料、新技术、新能源领域，探索战略产业发展方向。 在明晰战略定位后，公司近年实现了跨越式发展，全牌照金融业务平台已初步形成。利用产融结合优势，公司积极参与航空工业重大并购、重组，先后投资中航重机（600765）、中航黑豹（600760）、中航飞机、中航国际公司、沈飞民用航空公司、成飞民用航空公司等，获得了丰厚回报。 为了探索战略性新兴产业发展方向，公司加大了对新材料、新技术、新能源领域的投资：与成飞集成（002190）一起投资中航锂电，与中航重机（600765）一道投资中航激光成形制造有限公司，与香港未来国际航空投资股份有限公司合作投资奥地利未来先进复合材料股份有限公司（FACCAG）。
