Company Introduction 洲际油气股份有限公司2014年转型进入油气行业，并由此前的海南正和实业集团有限公司改名为现名。公司成立于1984年8月，是海南省最早公开发行股票的股份试点企业之一，公司股票于1996年10月8日在上海证券交易所上市交易（600759.SH）。 公司的主营业务目前已由房地产、租赁服务和贸易转型为石油天然气等的勘探与开发。公司始终坚持“项目增值+项目并购”双轮驱动和“油气并举”的发展战略，立足中亚，适时适度进军国际其他油气富集地区，深挖现有项目潜力，寻求高质量油气项目，积极把握国内油气改革机遇。通过境内、境外的资本/资金、国外优良油气资源、优秀管理资源、当地优势生产资料和市场的整合，实现公司储量、产量规模的提升和利润的成倍增长。目前公司的运营区块主要集中在哈萨克斯坦，主力在产项目马腾油田和克山油田均位于哈萨克斯坦滨里海盆地，是国际公认的油气富集而勘探开发程度较低的区域之一。 公司自转型进入油气行业以来，先后获得了“2014年中国跨境投资并购金哨奖评选”的最佳一带一路实践奖，“丝绸之路和平基金会”授予的经济合作成就奖，“海南企业联合会”授予的“2016年海南省100强企业”，2018年“一带一路”投资并购十佳金哨奖。 公司仍将继续矢志不渝地发展油气能源行业，优化产业结构，稳扎稳打做好主营业务，充分发挥在“一带一路”沿线形成的网络体系，凭借公司研究实力，优选资产标的，多国家、多区域合理配置，以“源自中国的国际化独立能源企业”为发展愿景，弘扬“鼓励团队精神、奖励优异业绩、吸引顶尖人才、控制风险因素”的企业文化和核心价值观，力争将公司打造成为更具良好盈利预期和前景的优秀企业，铸就“一带一路”上的“洲际油气”战略品牌，持续为股东创造更大的价值。
