| Company Introduction | 国投电力控股股份有限公司（以下简称国投电力）是国家开发投资集团有限公司的控股企业，成立于1996年，已在上海和伦敦两地上市。公司注重科技创新，多次获得中国土木工程詹天佑奖、国家科学技术进步二等奖、中国电力优质工程奖、全国企业文化优秀成果奖、菲迪克工程项目奖等殊荣。 国投电力拥有投资企业100多家，员工约9000人，业务涉及水电、火电、光伏、陆上风电、海上风电、储能、售电及综合能源服务等领域，项目分布于中国23个省、市、自治区以及“一带一路”沿线及OECD沿线的5个国家。公司装机结构以清洁能源为主，电源结构优良，目前已投产控股装机容量约4000万千瓦，清洁能源占比70%，其中，水电装机占比约55%，风电、光伏装机约600万千瓦，占比15%；火电装机占比30%。目前公司在建及拟建的电力项目总装机容量超过3000万千瓦，其中新能源超1000万千瓦、水电及抽水蓄能超1000万千瓦，此外还有部分高效火电项目。公司总资产约2700亿元。 自2002年上市以来，国投电力实现了令人瞩目的跨越式发展，成为中国效率最高、效益最好的综合能源公司之一，也是中国第三大水电蓝筹上市公司，以及国内第二家荣获伦敦证券交易所绿色经济标志的伦交所上市中国企业，至今已连续6年荣获上交所上市公司信息披露工作最高评级A级评价。公司依托雅砻江流域水电，推动水风光互补绿色清洁可再生能源示范基地建设，基地规划总装机8000万千瓦，目前基地已列入国家及四川“十四五”规划。 “十四五”期间，公司将继续坚持绿色发展理念，深入贯彻落实国家能源发展战略，大力开拓以新能源为主的清洁能源业务，持续优化火电业务，稳妥推进海外业务，并进一步推进储能（含抽水蓄能）、氢能、综合能源等领域有关业务，全面落实公司“十四五”发展规划，为将公司打造成为全球信赖的综合能源投资运营商而不断努力。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
