Company Introduction 华安证券为安徽省属一级企业，前身是1991年成立的安徽省证券公司，安徽省第一家专营证券机构。2001年，在整合原安徽省证券公司、安徽证券交易中心的证券类资产的基础上，增资扩股成立华安证券有限责任公司，是安徽省最早设立的综合类证券公司。此后，公司经历综合治理和多次增资扩股，于2012年整体变更为华安证券股份有限公司，并于2016年12月6日在上海证券交易所挂牌上市（股票代码：600909）。 华安证券治理结构健全，业务牌照齐全，内控体系完善，经营业绩优良。截至2025年12月末，公司总资产1062.20亿元，同比增幅3.11%；归母净资产238.11亿元，同比增幅6.06%。2025年全年累计实现营业收入50.64亿元，同比增长30.94%；归母净利润21.04亿元，同比增长41.64%，创历史最好水平。 公司共设证券分支机构150家，期货分支机构14家，全资拥有华安资管（资产管理）、华安嘉业（私募基金）、华富瑞兴（另类投资）、华安期货（期货业务）、华安新兴（投资咨询）和华安证券（香港）（国际业务），控股华富基金（公募基金），参股安徽股权服务公司，形成了集团化发展框架和“扎根安徽、深耕长三角、辐射全国、对接亚太”的服务体系。 长期以来，华安证券以响应客户需求为驱动、以提升客户价值为目标，整合财富管理、投资银行、资产管理、股权投资等业务资源，致力为客户量身打造综合化、一站式、全生命周期的投融资解决方案。历经三十余载深耕细作，公司整体居于行业前三分之一位次，部分业务指标进入行业前四分之一位次，其中证券经纪、资产管理、私募投资、并购重组等业务位居行业领先位次。 华安证券将坚持党的金融工作方针，坚持“综合化布局、特色化突破”的发展路径，坚持“稳中求进、进中有新”的工作总基调，坚持“轻重并举”经营模式，以资本驱动、人才驱动、科技驱动、文化驱动为发展动力，打造服务新兴产业的创新型投行和服务大众的专业财富管理机构，全面进军行业前四分之一位次。
