Company Introduction 江西省盐业集团股份有限公司（以下简称“江盐集团”或“公司”，英文全称“JiangxiSaltIndustryGroupCO.LTD”）前身为江西省盐业集团公司，是于2005年经江西省政府批准组建成立的全民所有制企业。2014年，江盐集团被列为十八大后省属企业首批混改试点单位。混改采取剥离非经营性资产后，江西省国资委以经评估的经营性资产出资，通过增资扩股方式引入中国信达等4家投资者。2015年底，集团先后完成公司制改造和混合所有制改革，2016年以整体变更方式完成股份制改革。公司注册资本48277.6079万元，其中江西省省属国有资产经营（控股）有限公司占股本总额的46.92%，宁波信达汉石龙脊股权投资合伙企业（有限合伙）占股本总额的20.14%，厦门国贸投资有限公司占股本总额的8.06%，中新建招商股权投资有限公司占股本总额的6.71%，南昌市井冈山北汽一号投资管理中心（有限合伙）占股本总额的6.71%，广西盐业占股本总额的3.11%，江西大成占股本总额的3.11%，江盐集团核心骨干持股平台（3个）占股本总额的5.24%。截至2020年底，江盐集团合并资产总额36.4亿元，净资产15.5亿元。 公司主营业务包括食盐、工业盐及盐化产品的生产，盐产品、厨房食材的销售与流通，下辖各级全资、控股子（分）公司19家。集团从岩盐资源的整合发展入手，大力实施盐卤一体、盐化一体、盐电（气）一体、产销一体的发展模式。目前已形成制盐、商贸流通、盐化三大业务板块。现拥有制盐产能265万吨/年，建有国内技术先进、单套生产规模较大的盐硝联产装置，是中国南方区域食盐及工业盐的主力供应商。目前主要有“井冈”、“百仙”、“清江古海”等食盐市场品牌。商贸流通板块拥有遍布全省城乡的商贸流通网络，通过整合全省食盐运销企业，探索“互联网+商贸流通”新模式，推动传统渠道运营商向互联网渠道服务商转型，为国内为数不多的产销一体的省属盐业企业。盐化板块—纯碱项目一期、二期全面建成投产，形成年产纯碱60万吨的生产能力，正全力打造长江以南富有竞争力的盐化工基地。 “十四五”期间，江盐集团聚焦盐资源综合利用开发商与快消品网络渠道运营商的战略定位，坚持发展为要务，持续深化改革，大力实施创新驱动，坚持产融结合，加大公司内控体系建设，规范公司法人治理，加速集团资本化进程，奋力成为“产业+资本”双轮驱动的集团公司。
