Company Introduction 公司成立于2008年9月。由中国化学工程集团公司作为主发起人，联合神华集团有限责任公司和中国中化集团公司共同发起设立。2010年1月，中国化学在上海证券交易所成功上市（证券代码：601117）。 中国化学自成立以来，根据《公司法》等有关法律法规及公司章程，建立健全了规范的公司治理结构，公司的股东大会、董事会、监事会均能按照公司章程独立有效运行，公司治理水平不断提升。2013年公司被评为“中国主板上市公司价值百强”。2014年7月中国化学被纳入上证公司治理板块成分股。 中国化学业务覆盖建筑工程、环境治理、工艺工程技术开发、勘察、设计及服务。通过持续创新和精细化管理，积极推进多个工程领域的全过程服务和产业运营、资本运营，实现公司的持续发展。 公司拥有国家级企业技术中心12家、国家能源研发中心1家、省级企业技术中心4家、博士后工作站6家、高新技术企业17家。拥有包括中国工程院院士、全国工程勘察设计大师等在内的一大批优秀管理和技术人才队伍，集中了我国石油化工、煤化工、天然气化工和化学工业以及其他工程建设领域的主要力量。业务范围遍及世界50多个国家和地区。 “十三五”期间，中国化学将秉承“交付价值、建设未来”的企业使命；遵循“成就客户、创新为要、诚信负责”的价值观；以改革创新为发展动力，以多元化、国际化、一体化、资本化和专业化为发展路径，重点发展化工能源、基础设施和绿色环保三大工程板块，打造投资和融资服务两个平台，加快转型升级，促进提质增效，将公司建设成为投资、建设、运营一体化的国际工程集团。 我们诚挚邀请国内外各界朋友携手合作，通过建设绿色工程，交付现代化工厂，使社会产品更丰富，环境更优美，通过我们共同的努力，让“世界更炫彩，生活更美好”！
