| Company Introduction | 福建马坑矿业股份有限公司成立于1995年，现由福建省稀有稀土（集团）有限公司（占股本45.9%）、紫金矿业集团股份有限公司（占股本37.35%）、龙岩矿业发展有限公司（占股本10%）、福建省龙岩地质大队（占股本6.75%）四家股东组成，属国有控股大型铁矿山企业。公司注册资本人民币11.11亿元。主要从事铁矿和钼矿开发，并建设废石加工利用系统，主产品为TFe65%的优质造球铁精粉（品位稳定、含杂质少、年产200万吨）和Mo40%的钼精矿，附产品为≥5mm规格石及粗粒尾砂。 公司位于319国道和漳（州）—龙（岩）高速公路旁的龙岩市新罗区曹溪街道崎濑村，距龙岩市区和龙岩火车站约12Km。马坑铁矿是国内著名的特大型磁铁矿床之一，截至2025年末，马坑铁矿的铁矿石保有资源储量为32520.86万吨，共、伴生4.33万吨钼矿（以金属量计量）。具有储量大、层位稳定、可选性好等特点。 公司按照“总体规划、分步实施、科学发展”的办矿思路和建设“建成具有全球竞争力的一流矿业企业”的总目标分期开发建设马坑铁矿，目前500万吨/年采选项目工程已于2018年全部建成投产，2019年形成500万吨/年采选规模。目前正开展的马坑铁矿采选扩能项目达产后，全矿将实现1000万t/a采选生产规模。 公司先后荣获“国家级绿色矿山名录”“中国冶金矿山企业50强（第18位）”“中国冶金十佳厂矿”等荣誉称号；并入选福建省黑色金属采选业龙头企业、福建省重点上市后备企业、福建省数字经济领域“独角兽”创新企业、国产造球精粉优质供应商、中国铁精粉优质供应商荣誉称号。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
