Company Introduction 1997年5月25日，经中国人民银行银复【1997】197号文件批准，在16家城市信用社的基础上组建成立“长沙市城市合作银行股份有限公司”，简称“长沙市城市合作银行”。1998年5月25日，经中国人民银行、国家工商行政管理局《关于城市合作银行变更名称有关问题的通知》（银发【1998】94号）文件批准，更名为“长沙市商业银行股份有限公司”，简称“长沙市商业银行”。2008年9月10日，经中国银行业监督管理委员会《中国银监会关于长沙市商业银行更名的批复》（银监复〔2008〕357号）文件批准，更名为“长沙银行股份有限公司”。 公司金融业务是本行的主要收入来源，本行的公司金融业务主要包括本外币公司贷款、票据贴现、公司存款和中间业务产品与服务。其中中间业务产品与服务包括结算业务、托管及其他受托业务、代理业务、证券买卖业务、信用承诺业务、外汇及结售汇业务、顾问及咨询业务、理财产品业务、委托资产管理业务等。主要产品与服务为资产业务、负债业务和中间业务。
