Company Introduction 株洲旗滨集团股份有限公司(以下简称本公司或公司)前身为株洲旗滨玻璃集团有限公司，成立于2005年7月8日。2010年3月18日，公司创立大会通过决议，以截至2010年1月31日止原株洲旗滨玻璃集团有限公司股权所对应的净资产按照1:0.96729的比例折合出资设立股份公司，经株洲市工商局批准登记注册，取得430200000033448号企业法人营业执照。股本50,000.00万元，净资产与折合股本的差额作为资本公积。股权结构为：福建旗滨集团有限公司（原漳州旗滨置业有限公司）出资33,650.00万元，占公司注册资本的67.30%；俞其兵出资16,100.00万元，占公司注册资本的32.20%；建银国际资本管理（天津）有限公司出资250.00万元，占公司注册资本的0.50%。 公司从事玻璃产品研发、制造与销售。经过10多年的发展，公司已成为一家集硅砂原料、玻璃及玻璃深加工、光伏玻璃、电子玻璃、药用玻璃研发、生产、销售为一体的大型玻璃企业集团，是国内建筑原片规模最大的企业之一。在福建漳州、广东河源、湖南醴陵、浙江绍兴、浙江长兴、浙江平湖、马来西亚森美兰州等地建有浮法玻璃基地，在湖南郴州、福建漳州、浙江宁波、云南昭通、马来西亚沙巴州建有或在建光伏玻璃基地，除浙江基地外，其他生产基地均配套建设了硅砂（普通砂、超白砂）矿；在湖南醴陵、广东河源、浙江长兴、浙江绍兴、马来西亚森美兰州、天津建有节能玻璃基地。截止2023年6月末，旗滨集团拥有25条优质浮法生产线，4条光伏玻璃生产线，2条高铝电子玻璃生产线，2条中性硼硅药用玻璃生产线，11条镀膜节能玻璃生产线，在建6条光伏玻璃生产线、2条高性能电子玻璃生产线，正在筹建2条高性能电子玻璃生产线、2条中性硼硅药用玻璃生产线。主要产品有0.33-19mm优质浮法玻璃原片、超白浮法玻璃、着色（绿、蓝、灰）玻璃等玻璃原片；各种离线LOW-E低辐射镀膜玻璃、钢化玻璃、夹层玻璃、中空玻璃、在线镀膜玻璃、离线阳光控制镀膜玻璃等节能玻璃；高铝超薄电子玻璃；中性硼硅药用玻璃素管、光伏高透基板等。
