Company Introduction 宏昌电子材料股份有限公司（以下简称：宏昌电子）前身为『广州宏昌电子材料工业有限公司』，2008年3月改制为股份有限公司，于2012年5月在上海证券交易所挂牌上市（股票代码：603002）。 宏昌电子于2002年4月份投产，主要产品为电子级环氧树脂，为中国第一家有能力生产电子级环氧树脂的专业生产厂商，填补了中国在电子级环氧树脂的空白，为国内使用电子级环氧树脂的终端用户提供优质稳定的产品和全面的技术服务。 珠海宏昌电子材料有限公司是由宏昌电子投资的专业生产电子级环氧树脂厂商，公司位于珠海高栏港经济区，公司采用了目前国际先进的环氧树脂生产技术，于2018年5月份投产，产能达15.5万吨/年，产品品质国际领先。 无锡宏仁电子材料科技有限公司为宏昌公司旗下公司，2002年6月设于江苏省无锡市高新技术开发区，占地面积130亩，注册资本3.98亿元人民币，目前员工约400人。公司主要生产多层板用环氧玻璃布覆铜板（CCL）及多层板用环氧玻璃布半固化片(PP)并提供技术服务。产品为印刷线路板（PCB）的基础材料，广泛用于汽车电子、智能电子、家电、服务器、电脑及周边、绿色基站、航空器等电子终端，素有电子工业之母之称，公司产品行销中国、北美、欧洲、日本及东南亚等国家及地区。 公司先后经三期建设，目前总产能达覆铜板120万张，半固化片240万米： 2003年10月，一期正式投产，总产能覆铜板30万张，半固化片60万米。 2008年1月，二期扩建完成，总产能覆铜板60万张，半固化片120万米。 2020年5月，三期扩建完成，总产能覆铜板120万张，半固化片240万米。 公司秉承集团“诚信、努力、热忱”的企业文化及“环保、工安和生产一样重要”的经营理念，永续发展企业。公司根据市场的需求及发展，相继开发出环保型基材、无铅焊接需求基材、Hi-Tg基材、高频高速基材等多个系列的产品。 公司先后通过ISO9000、ISO14001、OHSAS18001、QS9000、TS16949等管理体系认证，获得UL、JET、BSI、SONYGP、CQC等产品认证，先后荣获“高新技朮企业”、“江苏名牌产品”、“国家标准化良好行为企业3A级”、“安全生产监督管理局A类企业”、“外商投资先进技术企业”、“无锡市安全文化建设示范点”、“劳动保障诚信单位”、“优秀外汇核销企业”、“企业资信等级3A级”等多个荣誉称号。
