Company Introduction 公司由台华特种纺织（嘉兴）有限公司整体变更设立。2011年9月6日浙江省商务厅出具的“浙商务资函[2011]191号”《关于台华特种纺织（嘉兴）有限公司变更为外商投资股份有限公司的批复》，同意台华纺织整体变更的申请。根据中汇所出具的“中汇会审[2011]第2239号”《审计报告》，台华纺织截至2011年7月31日净资产人民币54,742.72万元，按1：0.822027的比例折股，整体变更设立外商投资股份有限公司，变更后的股份有限公司股本为45,000万股，每股面值1元，超出股本部分的净资产计入资本公积。发起人按照各自在台华纺织的出资比例持有相应数额的股份。 2011年9月7日，浙江省人民政府核发了新的《中华人民共和国台港澳侨投资企业批准证书》。2011年9月26日，浙江省工商行政管理局核准了台华纺织整体变更为股份有限公司的申请，并核发新的《企业法人营业执照》。公司名称变更为浙江台华新材料股份有限公司，注册资本45,000万元，注册号330400400006900。 公司自设立起即从事锦纶织造业务。在后续十多年的发展过程中，为不断提高市场竞争力和整体盈利能力，公司在做大做强锦纶织造业务的同时，逐渐向上下游产业链延伸，目前已经形成锦纶纺丝、织造、染色及后整理等完整的锦纶纺织产业链，是国内为数不多的锦纶全产业链生产企业，已成为我国锦纶纺织面料龙头企业。
