| Company Introduction | 新东方新材料股份有限公司始创于1983年，住址为浙江台州市黄岩区东城街道劳动北路118号，注册资本1.437亿多元。公司于2017年10月13号在上海证券交易所挂牌上市。公司主要从事中国软包装行业原料的生产，主导产品有三大系列：医药及食品软包装用油墨和塑料软包装复合用聚氨酯胶粘剂、PCB液态感光阻焊高分子屏蔽材料。系CPCA协会（中国印制电路行业协会）会员、亚洲包装联合会会员、中国食品包转行业十佳龙头企业、中国油墨行业“十强企业”、中国环境标志产品认证企业、中国包装联合会常务理事、中国印刷技术协会常务理事、中国印协凹印分会副会长、中国塑协复合膜制品专业委员会常务理事、中国日用化工协会油墨分会副理事长单位。 目前，新东方新材料股份有限公司拥有全资控股两个子公司，分别是位于浙江嘉兴桐乡市的新东方油墨有限公司，位于山东枣庄滕州市的新东方新材料（滕州）有限公司。公司生产的300型耐蒸煮复合油墨、超力福醇溶塑料耐蒸煮表印油墨等被国家科技部列为国家级火炬计划项目、国家级新产品；公司另一块生产的“PCB挠性印制线路板专用油墨”也被认定为“国家火炬计划项目”；公司环保型无苯无酮油墨和醇水型油墨被国家发改委列为十二五规划产业结构调整中央预算支持项目，且被中国印刷技术协会授予“全国百佳科技创新成果奖”；公司公司先后参编了行业标准（HJ/T371-2007）《环境标志产品技术要求凹印油墨和柔印油墨》及（HJ2539-2014）《环境标志产品技术要求印刷第三部分：凹版印刷》，并荣获《中国绿色印刷工程示范单位》、《国家环境保护标准参编先进单位》等称号；2016年公司再次顺利通过高新技术企业认定，并荣获“‘十二五’塑料加工业科技创新型企业”称号。2017年公司荣获“浙江省科技型中小企业”、“中国包装百强企业”称号。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
