Company Introduction 　　江苏万林现代物流股份有限公司(以下简称“本公司”、“公司”或“万林物流”)于2007年11月12日成立，注册地址位于江苏省靖江经济开发区新港园区六助港路5号，公司总部位于江苏省靖江市人民中路68号国贸中心8楼A、B座。公司原名江苏万林国际木业城有限公司，系由上海沪瑞实业有限公司(以下简称“上海沪瑞”)、上海祁祥投资管理有限公司(以下简称“上海祁祥”)、普力控股有限公司(以下简称“普力控股”)和鸿富(香港)有限公司(以下简称“鸿富香港”)共同出资成立的中外合资有限责任公司。根据2011年6月15日董事会决议和发起人协议、章程的规定，本公司依法整体变更为股份有限公司，并更名为江苏万林现代物流股份有限公司。 　　经过历次增资和股权转让，至2011年6月15日，本公司的注册资本及股本均为人民币350,500,000.00元，股份总数为350,500,000股，每股面值人民币1.00元。 　　于2015年6月9日，中国证券监督管理委员会以《关于核准江苏万林现代物流股份有限公司首次公开发行股票的批复》(证监许可[2015]1191号)核准本公司公开发行不超过6,000万股人民币普通股(A股)股票。于2015年6月24日，公司实际公开发行人民币普通股(A股)股票计60,000,000股，每股发行价格为人民币5.93元，扣除相关发行费用后，公司股本增加人民币60,000,000.00元，资本公积增加人民币249,575,500.00元。上述公开发行股票于2015年6月29日起在上海证券交易所上市交易。 公司致力于进口木材供应链管理的综合物流服务，依托在木材进口供应链管理领域的行业地位，发挥自身在进口木材供应链管理领域的专业优势，为国内木材行业企业提供包括进口代理、港口装卸、仓储、货运代理、船舶代理、货物配载、物流配送等业务在内的综合物流服务。此外，公司通过子公司裕林国际，从事部分木材采伐及加工等森工业务。
