Company Introduction 安徽众源新材料股份有限公司成立于2005年4月，总部位于安徽省芜湖经济技术开发区凤鸣湖北路48号，注册资本31,697.12万元。2017年9月在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，股票简称：众源新材，股票代码：603527。公司目前下辖多家子公司：安徽永杰铜业有限公司、芜湖众源进出口有限公司、安徽杰冠商贸有限公司、芜湖众源商贸有限公司、安徽众源新材投资有限公司、洛阳铜研智能装备有限公司、安徽驿通国际资源有限公司、东莞市众洛电子科技有限公司、安徽众永物资有限公司、哈尔滨哈船新材料科技有限公司、安徽哈船新材料科技有限公司等。2017年，公司被中国有色金属加工工业协会评为“中国铜板带材十强企业”。2019年，公司荣获“金牛价值投资奖”，董事长封全虎先生荣获本届“金牛领袖奖”。 公司主要从事紫铜带箔材的研发、生产和销售业务。公司管理通过质量管理体系认证、环境管理体系认证、职业健康安全管理体系认证。各类高精度紫铜系列带材产品质量符合检测标准，广泛应用于通讯、电子、电力、电器等行业，是通讯电缆、电力电缆、变压器、铜包铝、散热器、热交换器、新能源电池等产品的重要材料。多年来，公司产品畅销全国，在珠三角、长三角、黄渤海及西南地区倍受青睐，享有较高的美誉，主要客户有上海林内、AO史密斯、美的、南瑞集团、许继集团、西门子、亨通集团、中天集团、通鼎集团等。近年来，产品已出口远销至东南亚及欧美等海外市场。 公司成立至今，先后被认定为高新技术企业、国家守合同重信用单位、安徽省A级纳税信用单位、安徽省民营企业百强，多项科技成果被评为省市科技奖，拥有多项发明专利和实用新型专利。公司2017年的3万吨募投项目已正式投产，现已形成年约10万吨的生产能力，各类紫铜带材的产品将实现多方面覆盖，以满足多层次市场需求，可望成为中国铜带加工企业具竞争力的专业制造商。 公司将始终坚持“让我们共同创造未来”的理念，持续加强员工队伍建设，不断创新、精益求精，生产出卓越的产品，满足顾客的需求。 公司充满生机活力和发展机遇，期待着与您共谋发展、共创美好的未来！
