Company Introduction 江苏利通电子股份有限公司（以下简称公司）位于江苏省宜兴市徐舍镇工业集中区徐丰路8号，创立于1991年，注册资本25480万元人民币，法定代表人邵树伟先生。 公司是一家主营液晶显示用精密金属结构件、外观件、电子元器件的设计、生产、销售的大型制造型企业。主要产品包括液晶电视精密金属冲压结构件、精密金属面框、底座、模具及电子元器件等。2018年12月，江苏利通成功登录上交所主板市场，实现发展历程中又一次成功转型，主要服务于海信、TCL、三星、索尼、康佳、创维、海尔、长虹、高创等知名电视机整机企业。此外，公司还与宝山钢铁股份有限公司结成稳定的战略合作关系。 公司是江苏省高新技术企业，拥有江苏省科学技术厅、江苏省财政厅联合认定的工程技术研究中心，江苏省经济和信息化委员会认定的“江苏省认定企业技术中心”两个省级研究技术平台。2015年，公司液晶显示模组产品被江苏省名牌产品推进委员会授予“江苏名牌产品”称号；2016年，公司注册商标“LETTALL”被江苏省工商局认定为“江苏省著名商标”。 公司是总部位于宜兴的集团化企业，旗下拥有东莞市奕铭光电科技有限公司、青岛博赢智巧科技有限公司、安徽博盈机电科技有限公司、南京金宁微波有限公司、宜兴奕铭光电科技有限公司、上海世纪利通数据服务、南京利通智巧科技有限公司、宜兴友通货运有限公司、江苏利通投资有限公司、江苏利畅国际贸易有限公司、江苏利通电子股份有限公司苏州分公司等国内十家全资子公司。还拥有利通电子（越南)有限公司、华雷斯利通电子有限公司、利通电子（墨西哥)有限公司等三家国外子公司。
