Company Introduction 公司是一家基于AI视觉识别的成套智能化装备和服务提供商，主营业务涵盖智能分选装备、智能包装装备及工商业用户侧储能业务三大领域。 智能分选装备是利用光谱成像与智能识别技术，根据物料的外在特征及内在材质差异，实现异物剔除与品级分类的关键设备，是保障产品品质、提升物料附加值的重要支撑。按照机械结构的不同，公司智能分选装备主要分为立式机和履带机；按照应用领域的不同，则可划分为智能农副食品分选装备、智能矿石分选装备和智能再生资源分选装备三大类。 公司的智能农副食品分选装备广泛应用于大米、杂粮、茶叶、坚果、中药材、种子、果蔬、花类、食品原料及包装料等近千种物料的分选，能够高效剔除霉变、恶杂等异物，有效守护食品安全。在保障安全的基础上，产品可实现极致分选与精准品质分级，通过对物料品质的精细化划分，助力农副食品企业实现“优品优价”的价值升级。根据用途不同，产品主要分为大米分选机、杂粮分选机、X射线检测机、茶叶机和果蔬机等。截至目前，公司智能农副食品分选装备已销往国内30多个省、市、自治区，并出口至100多个国家和地区。 公司的智能矿石分选装备主要用于煤炭、有色金属及非有色金属等各类矿石的分选。公司自主研发的智能矿石分选机，利用可见光、X射线成像系统实时采集传送带上物料的图像，通过深度学习算法对目标进行精确定位与分类，并精准控制高压风系统对矸石、杂质进行喷吹，从而实现高效、精确的全自动分选。此外，公司在现有智能矿石分选机技术平台的基础上，成功开发了应用于再生资源领域的X射线除杂分选机，进一步拓展了设备的应用范围。公司的再生资源分选装备主要应用于再生金属、再生塑料、再生玻璃及再生木材的分选领域。其中，智能再生金属分选设备通过对废旧小家电、报废设备中的金属部件（主要为铜和铝）以及退役动力电池中的铜铝箔、电池极片等物料进行精细化分离，有效提升金属的纯净度与回收价值；智能再生塑料分选设备能够依据不同颜色和材质对混合塑料进行精准识别与分离，助力实现高品质塑料再生；智能再生玻璃分选设备则针对回收玻璃的颜色与材质差异进行高效分选，推动玻璃材料的循环利用；智能再生木材分选设备主要用于剔除木材回收料中混杂的金属、石子等杂质，保障再生木材的纯净度与再利用品质。
