家家悦集团股份有限公司是以超市连锁为主业，以区域一体化物流为支撑，以发展现代农业生产基地和食品加工产业链为保障，以经营生鲜为特色的全供应链、多业态的综合性零售渠道商。截止2022年12月末，公司门店总数1005家，网络覆盖山东、北京、河北、内蒙古、江苏、安徽等6个省份，形成了大卖场、综合超市、百货店、便利店、专业店等多业态并举的格局。先后获得“全国百城万店无假货活动示范店”、“中国商业服务名牌”、“中国零售业最佳雇主”、“农业产业化国家重点龙头企业”、“山东省省长质量奖”、“全国文明单位”等荣誉称号。2016年12月，公司在上交所主板上市（股票代码：603708），正式登陆资本市场。多年来，公司坚持“顾客的需求就是我们追求的目标”的经营理念，积极采用现代营销方式，大力发展现代物流，整合利用优势资源，不断提升竞争能力，走集团化发展之路，取得了超常规、跳跃式发展。在物流建设上，按照“发展连锁，物流先行”的成本战略，建设了7处常温物流中心和8处生鲜物流中心，构建了东西结合、布局合理的配送体系，形成了山东省内2.5小时配送圈，保证了物流对覆盖门店的高效配送服务。在生鲜经营上，在国内首创“基地+超市”的农超对接模式，通过建立农副产品基地，引导订单农业生产，形成了从生产基地→批发市场→生鲜配送的一条龙产业链，与全国200多个合作社及养殖场建立了直接合作关系，超过80%的生鲜商品都采取了“基地直采”的模式。在农村市场开拓上，按照城乡一体的发展战略，实施超市下乡，开拓农村市场，构建农村新型流通网络，通过“一网多用”，搭建服务农村的综合平台，为在农村发展连锁经营做出了有益的探索，经验和做法得到了商务部的充分肯定，并在全国开展“万村千乡市场工程”进行了推广。在产业链条延伸上，投资建设了占地320亩的家家悦食品工业园，在自建植物油厂、大米厂等项目的基础上，加强与优秀供应商的合作，引进福建蜡笔小新、深圳一町等国内名牌企业入园从事食品加工生产，建立更加紧密的零供战略合作关系，有效利用并整合各种资源，降低采购成本和商品价格，增强了市场竞争力。在模式创新上，秉承“搜索全球，品味世界”的理念，引进母婴产品、保健品、生活用品等5000多种进口商品，设立保税商品下单体验区，通过PC端和移动端手机APP实现“线下体验、线上直接下单”模式，通过国际采购、海外直邮，实现了进口商品最快两天配送直达，让消费者享受“买世界、品世界”的实惠体验。
