公司，成立于2007年，是一家为高速列车及城轨、地铁车辆提供模块化产品与零部件的专业化公司，现下辖全资及控股子公司20家。公司拥有国内外先进的加工、研发和检测设备，能够深入配合客户实现高铁、城轨等轨道交通车辆产品的整体开发与一站式采购服务，是国内高速列车配套产品线最为丰富的企业之一，是中国中车、西门子、庞巴迪（已被阿尔斯通收购轨道交通业务）、阿尔斯通、CAF、Talgo等国内外知名高速列车制造商的核心供应商。 2020年11月公司通过收购成都畅通宏远科技股份有限公司，有效拓展了公司的产品门类（涉及轨道交通牵引供电、机车车辆移动装备、列车及车地无线通信、列车空气管路系统安全监控、重载列车平稳驾驶以及智能维保检修等领域），融合机车车辆配套技术与高铁城际车辆配套技术的协同开发能力，实现产品结构的优化升级，增强了公司在轨道交通领域的竞争力和盈利能力；2022年初，公司结合自身技术优势和产业结构开发的“富氧健康舱”系列产品成功下线，该产品具有轻量化、模块化、智能化的特点，得到了市场好评。其中，公司的智慧家庭富氧健康舱O型舱荣获2022年中国优秀工业设计铜奖。公司注册资本为3.93亿，现拥有员工2000余名，其中研发技术人员270余人，拥有专利434多项(发明专利25项)。在专业技术领域，公司通过了ISO9001:2015质量管理体系认证、ISO/22163（国际铁路行业认证）、欧洲轨道车辆焊接资质EN15085认证、美国AWS焊接工艺认证、DIN6701粘接资质认证、国际焊接体系认证ISO3834等资质认证，并且于2021年11月通过EcoVadis社会责任审核。公司于2021年12月被工业和信息化部认定为国家级工业设计中心，于2022年2月23日被国家发展和改革委认定为（第28批）国家级企业技术中心。自成立以来，公司秉承“诚信敬业、客户至上、团队合作、求是创新”的价值理念，凭借规范的管理、过硬的技术实力、可靠的产品质量、及时交付能力和完善的售后服务体系，形成了成熟、稳定的客户群体。在国内市场，公司与中车客车、中车唐山、中车四方等主要整车制造企业建立了稳定的合作关系，多次获得客户授予的“优秀供应商”称号。在国际市场，公司现已成为西门子、阿尔斯通等国外知名高速列车制造商的配套产品供应商，并分别与西门子、庞巴迪（已被阿尔斯通收购轨道交通业务）达成战略合作协议，成为其全球战略合作伙伴。公司本着精益求精的精神，致力于为客户提供更优质的服务，伴随着世界轨道交通的持续发展，威奥人将秉承威奥特色的企业文化价值观，开拓创新、奋力进取，与国内外客户共赢发展。
