2002年6月16日，何培富、何炯根、尹文建签署《芜湖富春染织有限公司章程》，同意共同设立富春有限。2002年7月15日，芜湖市工商局鸠江分局向富春有限核发了《企业法人营业执照》。2016年7月1日，富春有限执行董事何培富就有限公司整体变更为股份公司作出执行董事决定。2016年9月5日，华普天健会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）出具了“会验字[2016]4771号”《验资报告》验证，截至2016年9月5日止，股份公司（筹）已收到全体股东以富春有限净资产折合的股本5,200万元；全体股东已于2016年9月5日将经审计的净资产301,812,848.50元折合为股份公司（筹）股本52,000,000.00元，余额计入资本公积249,812,848.50元。2016年9月21日，股份公司（筹）召开创立大会暨首次股东大会，审议通过了整体变更股份公司等事项的议案。2016年9月30日，芜湖市工商局向富春染织核发了《营业执照》。公司作为国内领先的色纱生产企业之一，主营业务为色纱的研发、生产和销售。自成立以来，公司坚持以科技、绿色、专业、时尚为宗旨，以市场潮流和客户需求为导向，围绕自主品牌“天外天”，依托自主开发、涵盖六百余种色彩的富春标准色卡，通过“仓储式生产为主，订单式生产为辅”的经营模式，致力于为客户提供高品质的色纱系列产品。公司通过全球采购优质原材料，引进国内外先进的生产、环保设备设施和信息管理系统，自主研发染整新技术和新工艺，不断创新产品品质和提升服务能力，赢得了客户的广泛赞誉和肯定。公司为国家高新技术企业，拥有“省认定企业技术中心”，曾获得安徽省高新技术产品17项，安徽省新产品2项，安徽省科学技术三等奖1项。截至本招股意向书签署日，公司共拥有专利68项，其中发明专利28项。此外，公司十分注重品牌建设与产品质量管理，公司“天外天”商标获得“中国驰名商标”称号，通过了ISO9001质量管理体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证、OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证、全球有机纺织品资格认证（GOTS）以及OEKO-TEXStandard100认证，并获得“中国质量信用AAA级单位”、“全国质量品牌诚信信得过企业”等荣誉称号。公司入选中国棉纺织行业协会发布的2017年、2018年和2019年中国色织布行业主营业务收入十强榜单以及2017年、2018年棉纺织行业竞争力百强企业名单，2019年、2020年公司入选中国印染行业协会发布的中国印染企业30强榜单，并被工信部评定为符合《印染行业规范条件（2017版）》的企业。
