| Company Introduction | 江西宏柏新材料股份有限公司设立于2005年，经过多年的经营发展，于2017年12月整体改制成为一家中外合资的现代化股份制企业。公司主要从事功能性硅烷、纳米硅材料等硅基新材料的研发、生产与销售，产品广泛应用于汽车、橡胶制品、建筑、医药医疗等行业。公司注册资本2.49亿元，总部坐落于千年瓷都景德镇，生产基地占地面积一千多亩，拥有职工一千多人，公司在香港、澳门、东莞、哈尔滨分别设有子公司及分公司。 2005年12月30日，江西省人民政府为宏柏有限核发《中华人民共和国外商投资企业批准证书》（商外资赣景外资字〔2005〕0033号）。 2017年12月17日，中汇出具《江西宏柏新材料股份有限公司（筹）验资报告》（中汇会验﹝2017﹞5382号），经验证，截至2017年12月17日，江西宏柏新材料股份有限公司（筹）已收到全体发起人以宏柏有限经审计的、扣除专项储备后的净资产折合的股本249,000,000.00元。2017年12月19日，宏柏新材就其股份公司设立事宜在景德镇市市场和质量监督管理局完成了工商登记。 公司主营业务为功能性硅烷、纳米硅材料等硅基新材料及其他化学助剂的研发、生产与销售，是我国功能性硅烷，特别是含硫硅烷细分领域中具备循环经济体系及世界领先产业规模的企业之一。公司与境内外大型知名轮胎制造商普利司通、米其林、固特异、德国马牌、韩泰、住友、中策等建立了紧密的长期业务合作关系。根据《中国硅产业年鉴（2014）》及《精细化工与专用化学品》，公司是国内功能性硅烷行业龙头企业之一。经中国石油和化学工业联合会认定，2016-2018年，公司含硫硅烷偶联剂在全球和国内市场的占有率连续三年位列第一。经工业和信息化部、中国工业经济联合会评定，公司于2019年11月被列入第四批制造业单项冠军示范企业名单。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
