Company Introduction 公司主营业务为一次性医用耗材的研发、生产和销售，主要产品可分为真空采血系统、实验检测类耗材、体液采集类耗材、医用护理类耗材和药品包装材料等类型，产品广泛应用于临床诊断和护理、科研检测、药品包装等领域。经过三十余年的发展，公司不断拓展产品线的深度和广度，目前已成为国内一次性医用耗材生产企业中产品种类较齐全、规模较大的企业。 公司作为高新技术企业，一贯重视产品的研发和技术创新，不断提升生产技术和工艺水平，并建立了完善的质量控制体系。公司已通过ISO13485质量管理体系认证，“实验室及医用耗材”被浙江省质量技术监督局认定为浙江名牌产品，多个产品通过欧盟CE认证，一次性使用无菌阴道扩张器及锐器收集桶产品获得美国FDA510（k）许可。凭借高质量的产品和优质的服务，公司获得了境内、外客户的认可，产品覆盖了境内绝大部分省市，并销往北美洲、亚洲、南美洲、非洲、欧洲的多个国家和地区。 2009年8月8日，浙江拱东医用塑料厂通过股东会决议：企业名称由浙江拱东医用塑料厂变更为浙江拱东医疗科技有限公司，企业性质变更为有限责任公司；制定改制方案，确认经评估的总资产为134,893,374.15元，负债为41,456,654.63元，净资产为93,436,719.52元，净资产中的2,000万元折合股份入股，其余部分计入资本公积。2009年8月10日，浙江华诚会计师事务所有限公司出具了“华诚会验。2009年8月17日，拱东有限取得台州市工商行政管理局黄岩分局核发的注册号为331003000027388的《企业法人营业执照》。 2017年10月24日，拱东医疗召开创立大会暨第一次股东大会并通过决议：将有限公司整体变更为股份有限公司，公司名称为浙江拱东医疗器械股份有限公司；同意基准日登记在册的公司全体股东作为发起人，以其拥有的截至2017年7月31日有限公司经审计的净资产222,465,784.38元按3.707763073：1折合为股份公司股本，折股变更后的股份公司的注册资本为人民币6,000万元，其余计入资本公积。2017年10月26日，台州市市场监督管理局核准本次变更。
