Company Introduction 上海卓然工程技术股份有限公司（以下简称“卓然股份”）是大型石油化工装备集成供应商，专业为国内外客户提供石油化工、天然气化工、炼油等行业核心设备，实现乙烯装置、炼油装置、化工装置的集成化一站式服务。卓然股份也是国内工业炉模块化制造领域的先行者与倡导者，在工业炉用耐热合金材料技术、石化装备模块化集成化制造技术、装置智能化运维等领域长期保持行业内领先水平。 卓然股份通过技术创新与产业链融合，创新石化设备供货模式，首次实现国内石油化工设备集成化模块化供货，创造了国产石化装备集成制造联合出口的新业态。在产业链融合集成供货新模式推动下，卓然股份先后实现中国首次百万吨乙烯装备出口、中国首次乙烯裂解工艺与装置联合出口、国内首次实现工厂制造与现场安装的整体供货模式、国内大型苯乙烯炉整体模块供货、国内大型乙烯装置项目（浙石化140万吨/年乙烯装置项目）等十余项国内外重大项目业绩。通过突破行业瓶颈、创新行业模式，积累了丰富的产品设计、生产制造和现场施工等工程经验，具备满足国内外客户多样化需求与集成化解决方案的能力。 卓然股份在公司发展进程中，不断加大技术创新投入，积极与国内外高校、科研院所进行产学研合作，大力开发石油化工、天然气化工、节能环保、智能装备等相关领域的新工艺、新技术、新产品。经过多年的技术创新与研发投入，卓然股份已形成催化裂解、丙烷脱氢自有工艺技术等石油炼化领域特色专利技术。 卓然股份将依据国家十四五发展规划纲要和二零三五年远景目标积极调整公司未来发展方向，依托长三角一体化战略布局，进一步深化产业链融合，打造石化设备产业集群与创新平台。同时，卓然股份将持续提高技术创新力度，积极开发产业链上下游新技术、新工艺、新材料等方面的智能化、集成化与创新化应用，积极打造数字化、智能化工厂和运维服务中心，形成制造业、服务业的两业融合新格局。卓然股份致力于通过技术创新、行业合作等多方面发展，为客户提供更为卓越的设备与服务。
