Company Introduction 中核苏阀科技实业股份有限公司前身为1952年成立的苏州阀门厂，是一家集工业阀门研发、设计、制造及销售为一体的科技型制造企业，为石油、天然气、炼油、核电、电力、冶金、化工、造船、造纸、医药等行业提供阀门系统解决方案，并于1997年在深交所挂牌上市，成为中国阀门行业和中国核工业集团有限公司所属的首家上市企业。 多年来，中核科技以“为股东、员工、企业、社会创造价值”为原则，坚持市场化、国际化导向，推进内部管理体制和运行机制改革，提升科研开发、技术服务、设备制造的自主创新、引进消化吸收再创新能力，加强人才队伍建设和技术创新平台建设，致力于打造国内领先、国际一流的流体控制系统设备集成与服务供应商。 中核科技加快科研平台建设，推进关键阀门国产化的自主创新步伐，不断提升企业核心竞争力，推动公司核工程、石油石化、电力、水务等市场阀门业务向高端领域迈进，提高阀门产品附加值；所使用的“H”、“SUFA”阀门产品商标，在2006年“第14届世界生产力大会”上获得“2006世界市场中国（阀门）十大年度品牌”称号，在国内阀门行业中拥有良好声誉，品牌影响力强；产品优质可靠，为客户所信赖，客户满意度高。 公司拥有一批先进的生产制造设备和各类完善的检测设施。目前，已发展成为国内阀门行业中品种多、规格齐全、技术含量高的专业化工业阀门生产基地，拥有一系列质量体系证书、产品认证证书以及检测资质证书，是国内同行业中认证证书齐全，质量管理和检测手段先进的企业。 公司在国内阀门行业中较早取得美国石油协会颁发的“API”证书，较早取得由国际著名认证机构DNV颁发的ISO9000系列质量认证证书，第一家获得进入欧共体市场的第001号“CE”证书，率先获得国家质监局颁发的“压力管道阀门安全注册”和“进出口商品免验”证书。是江苏省首家通过的质量信用等级现场审定高标准等级（AAA）企业，荣获了“江苏省质量奖”及ISO14000环境管理体系认证。先后通过了美国SBS、法国BV、挪威DNV和中国CCS船级社阀门制造的资格认证，并拥有国家核安全局授予核承压设备设计制造资格许可证。 公司获得了国家质检总局颁发的“产品质量国家免检”证书。公司自主技术研发的核级阀门产品获得了国家科学技术部、国家商务部、国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家环境保护总局等四个部委联合签发的《国家重点新产品证书》。 在省市各级政府的关心和支持下，公司坚持走“产学研用”相结合的自主创新道路，不断加大科技投入，提升企业科技创新能力，先后被国家发改委指定为第三代核电关键阀门技术支持单位，被江苏省科技厅认定为江苏省特种阀门工程技术研究中心，企业技术研发实力居于中国阀门行业前列。目前，公司各项经营均保持着良好的发展势头。
