Company Introduction 浙江仙琚制药股份有限公司（股票代码：002332.SZ）前身为仙居制药厂，创建于1972年，地处浙江省台州市仙居县。公司践行“您的健康与快乐，我的真诚与服务”企业使命，以“成为全世界前十名的甾体药物供应商，成为受客户、员工欢迎的企业”为发展愿景，聚焦于甾体激素领域，精耕细作。公司总股本98920.4866万元，现有员工3200余人。 仙琚制药是中国医药工业百强企业，国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、国家制造业单项冠军企业，拥有浙江省甾体药物工程技术研究中心、浙江省重点企业研究院、浙江省智能工厂、国家博士后科研工作站、国家绿色工厂、国家企业技术中心。承担了国家“863”计划项目、国家火炬计划项目、国家重大新药创制项目、国家重点新产品计划项目等。公司产品独树一帜，坚持原料药、制剂一体化的经营模式，主营业务为甾体原料药和制剂的研制、生产与销售。产品研发紧紧围绕四大治疗领域（妇科、麻醉科、呼吸科及皮肤科）构建产品群、服务群。 仙琚制药与中国科学院上海有机所、浙江大学、中国药科大学等20多个国内著名科研院（校），建立了长期的合作关系，招揽高级科研人才，悉心培养有志于甾体医药产业的年轻人成为仙琚制药的中流砥柱，鼓励技术创新，推崇个人成长与企业发展相结合的发展理念，并逐步与国际新药开发接轨。公司初步形成以国外高端研发机构为源头，以杭州和仙居二地研究院为消化接收，以仙居基地为实施落地的技术架构体系。 仙琚制药在国内拥有仙居杨府原料药生产区、仙居杨府制剂生产区、临海川南生产区三个核心制造平台，在国外以意大利子公司NewChem为主体拥有两个标准化原料药工厂。 仙琚制药倡导真实文化、双赢文化和创新文化，秉承“诚信、拼搏、开放、学习、责任、共赢”的企业核心价值观。公司坚持在客户、企业、员工、社会等方面实现双赢的战略理念，倡导个人价值在实现企业价值和社会价值过程中得到体现的价值理念。在未来的发展过程中，公司将不断提高企业的管理水平，不断开发高新技术产品，发挥规模效应，推进企业高质量发展，为人类健康事业贡献力量。
