| Company Introduction | 云南临沧鑫圆锗业股份有限公司（简称云南锗业）是集锗矿开采、精深加工和研发为一体的、锗产业链较为完整的高新技术企业，具有40余年的锗生产历史。公司拥有全资和控股子公司8家，下属企业分布在云南临沧、云南昆明、湖北武汉等地。公司于2004年通过了ISO9001国际质量管理体系认证，于2015年通过了ISO14001环境管理体系ISO18001职业健康安全体系认证。是2008年云南省第一批认定的“高新技术企业”和“国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业”，是2010年国家科学技术部认定的“临沧国家锗材料高新技术产业化基地骨干企业”。至2016年底，公司已拥有10大类产品：高纯二氧化锗、有机锗、区熔锗、红外锗光学元件、红外热像仪整机、太阳能电池用锗单晶及晶片、高效聚光太阳电池模组、光纤四氯化锗、高纯度砷化镓单晶及晶片、磷化铟单晶及晶片。 公司拥有专门的研发机构——企业技术中心，于2007年9月被认定为省级企业技术中心（云经技术[2007]393号），于2010年云南省认定的“云南省锗材料工程技术研究中心”，并于2015年12月被国家发改委认定为国家级企业技术中心（发改高技[2015]3264号）。主要从事太阳能电池用锗单晶及晶片、超高纯锗单晶及高纯锗探测器、红外光学锗精密元器件、红外热像仪、锗高端新产品、磷化铟单晶及晶片等和其它半导体材料的核心关键技术开发和产业化技术开发。 “十二·五”期间，公司确立了新技术、新产品研发投入机制和技术创新合作机制，与中国科学院半导体研究所、北京航空航天大学、深圳大学、华北电力大学等院校合作，创建了以中国科学院院士、研究员等为核心的科研团队，建立了产、学、研研发平台，实现了科工贸一体化。公司通过自主研发和合作研发，掌握了锗、砷化镓、硅等半导体材料加工关键技术48项，经成果转化实现了精深加工产业化。 公司主持并参与制定的国家锗行业标准共41项，正在起草的标准项目9项。2011年、2015年两次获云南省标准化创新贡献奖，先后获得全国半导体材料标准优秀奖8项；先后承担国家科技支撑计划课题2项、国家863科技计划课题1项，省市级科技计划项目6项；拥有授权专利65件，其中发明专利23件。先后获得2014年度云南省技术发明一等奖、2011年度科技创业奖、云南省科学技术进步奖等各级科技奖励10余项。 近年来，公司曾多次被省、市政府及相关部门评为“守合同重信用单位”、“科学技术进步单位”、“工商企业诚信单位”、“劳动关系和谐企业”、“云南省百户优强工业企业”、“云南省科技小巨人企业”等。 公司注重品牌建设，注重产品质量的提高，以顾客满意为关注的焦点，并及时与顾客进行沟通，了解顾客的需求。于2002年向国家商标局申请注册了商标为“临鑫圆”牌的“二氧化锗，有机锗”产品，于2008年11月又申请注册了区熔锗锭的“临鑫”牌及重新注册了“临鑫圆”牌。 云南锗业拥有1项中国驰名商标、1项云南省著名商标、2种省级名牌产品和2种云南省重点新产品。“临鑫圆LINXINYUAN及图商标”于2012年4月被国家工商行政管理总局商标局认定为中国驰名商标。“临鑫圆”牌区熔锗锭于2010年10月被云南省名牌战略推荐委员会认定为云南省名牌产品。“临鑫圆”牌高纯二氧化锗于2013年10月被云南省名牌战略推荐委员会认定为云南省名牌产品。“开盒即用高效太阳能电池用锗单晶片”和“有机锗-132”于2014年被评为云南省重点新产品。“临鑫圆”牌产品“二氧化锗，有机锗”于2010年被认定为云南省著名商标。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
