Company Introduction 甘源食品股份有限公司前身系原萍乡市甘源食品有限公司，甘源有限公司系由严剑、严景剑共同出资组建，于2006年2月14日在萍乡市工商行政管理局登记注册，取得注册号为3603002003388的企业法人营业执照。甘源有限公司成立时注册资本50.00万元。甘源有限公司以2012年7月31日为基准曰，整体变更为股份有限公司，于2012年8月28日在萍乡市工商行政管理局登记注册，总部位于江西省萍乡市，公司现持有统一社会信用代码为91360300784121328X的营业执照，注册资本6,991.1831万元，股份总数6991.1831万股(每股面值1元)。 公司自设立以来一直专注于休闲食品的研发、生产和销售，现已发展成为以籽类2炒货、坚果果仁和谷物酥类为主导的休闲食品生产企业，目前主要产品有瓜子仁、蚕豆、青豌豆、豆果、果仁、米酥、锅巴、麻花、江米条等在内的多品类休闲食品组合。 公司对传统籽类休闲食品的口味配方、工艺路线、生产设备、包装材料和营销手段进行了改良和创新，实现了籽类休闲食品从手工作坊制作到生产自动化、标准化与品牌化运营的转变，确立了公司在瓜子仁、青豌豆、蚕豆等籽类休闲食品市场的领导地位。报告期内，公司以标准化自主生产为基础，以品牌化运营和全渠道销售为通路，打造多样化、新风味休闲零食市场，有效满足消费者多元化休闲食品的需求。 公司产品销售已覆盖至全国各地区，形成了以经销商为主，电子商务为辅的营销体系。截至2019年12月31日，公司合作的经销商超过1,000家。同时，公司在天猫、京东等各大主流电商平台拥有多家线上旗舰店，近年来线上收入保持较快发展。 公司通过了HACCP体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证、ISO22000食品安全管理体系认证、OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证等，构建了完善的质量控制体系。公司通过对原料采购、生产、储存及销售的全过程进行监控，以保证各环节间可相互追查为原则，有力保障了公司产品的食品质量安全。公司是省级农业产业化龙头企业，先后荣获中国食品工业协会坚果炒货委员会副会长单位、江西省著名商标、江西省专精特新中小企业、江西省工信委示范企业、江西省智能制造试点示范企业、江西省电子商务示范企业、江西省食品协会副会长单位等荣誉称号。
