Company Introduction 河南汉威电子股份有限公司是一家从事气体传感器研究、生产的企业,主要业务是气体传感器、气体检测仪器仪表、气体检测控制系统的研发、生产、销售及自营产品出口.公司 产品包括:GA系列气体报警器、KB/GD/GE系列可燃气体报警器、BX系列可燃/毒性气体检测仪、JL系列气体检漏仪、JL300系列卤素检测仪、AT系列酒精检测仪、KB系列气体 报警控制器、气体变送器和气体探测器等.2005年12月31日、2007年12月28日,发行人被河南省科学技术厅连续认定为高新技术企业,取得证书编号分别为0341001B1054、 0341019A1054的高新技术企业认定证书,有效期二年.公司被河南省认定为"高新技术企业".2006年被郑州市制造业信息化领导小组评定为"郑州市制造业信息化示范单位"、 2007年被郑州市知识产权工作领导小组、郑州市知识产权局评定为"郑州市专利工作示范单位";2007年被中共郑州市委员会、郑州市人民政府评定为"郑州市高成长型民营企 业";2008年被河南省科学技术厅评定为"河南省第二批创新型试点企业".2009年,被中共河南省委、河南省人民政府评为"河南省高成长型民营企业".2008年公司开发的AT型呼出 气体酒精含量探测器被中华人民共和国科学技术部、环境保护部、商务部和国家质量监督检验检疫总局共同认定为"国家重点新产品"(项目编号:2008GRD00012),2009年发行 人全资子公司炜盛电子的MH系列NDIR红外气体传感器项目获得郑州市科技进步一等奖.本公司AT8600呼出气体酒精含量探测器、系列便携式气体探测器等19项研究成果被河南 省科学技术厅鉴定为科学技术成果;BS03点型可燃气体探测器等9项研究成果获河南省科学技术厅的高新技术产品证书.本公司生产的可燃气体报警器、可燃气体报警控制器、探 测器被河南省质量监督信息发布中心评定为"河南省消防行业用户满意产品"。
