Company Introduction 公司系由成立于2005年4月的江丰有限整体变更设立的股份有限公司。现注册资本16,407万元，注册地为宁波余姚市，法定代表人为姚力军先生。 公司自成立以来一直从事高纯溅射靶材的研发、生产和销售业务，产品应用于半导体（主要为超大规模集成电路领域）、平板显示、太阳能等领域。超高纯金属及溅射靶材是生产超大规模集成电路的关键材料之一，长期以来一直被美、日的跨国公司所垄断，我国的超高纯金属材料及溅射靶材严重依赖进口。目前，公司的超高纯金属溅射靶材产品已应用于世界著名半导体厂商的最先端制造工艺，在16纳米技术节点实现批量供货，成功打破了美、日跨国公司的垄断格局，同时还满足了国内厂商28纳米技术节点的量产需求，填补了我国电子材料行业的空白。公司为高新技术企业，设有省级高新技术企业研究开发中心、博士后科研工作站和浙江省院士专家工作站。截至2016年12月31日，公司拥有授权专利183项，其中发明专利139项。公司拥有一支优秀的技术研发和管理团队，其中董事长兼总经理姚力军先生、董事兼副总经理和董事会秘书Jie Pan先生均入选国家“千人计划”，是国内高纯溅射靶材领域的领军人物。公司先后承担或主持了国家高技术研究发展计划（简称“863计划”）重点项目1项、引导项目1项，国家科技重大专项“极大规模集成电路制造设备及成套工艺”专项（简称“02专项”）课题3项，电子信息产业发展基金项目等国家工信部课题2项，国家战略性新兴产业发展专项资金计划等国家发改委课题3项。 公司的“超大规模集成电路用溅射靶材制造关键技术”在2009年荣获“中国电子学会电子信息科学技术奖三等奖”；“超大规模集成电路制造用铝和钽溅射靶材”在2010年被评为“中国半导体创新产品和技术”；“300mm集成电路用Ti、Cu溅射靶材”在2012年被评为“中国半导体创新产品和技术”；“300mm硅片工艺用Al、Ti、Cu、Ta靶材”在2012年被评为“国家战略性创新产品”；“极大规模集成电路300mm硅片工艺用溅射靶材研发与产业化”在2014年被评为“中国有色金属工业科学技术一等奖”；“超大规模集成电路制造用溅射靶材关键技术研究及产业化”分别于2014年、2015年获“宁波市科学技术奖一等奖”、“浙江省技术发明一等奖”；“长寿命钽环件”在2016年被评为“2015年度（第十届）中国半导体创新产品和技术”；部分科技成果作为国家重大科技成果于2011年3月“两会”期间参加了国家“十一五”重大科技成果展，2016年6月参加了国家“十二五”重大科技成果展；2019年，江丰电子及其“半导体制造用超高纯金属溅射靶材”被国家工业和信息化部、中国工业经济联合会评为第四批“制造业单项冠军示范企业（2020—2022年）”。2021年，公司的“超高纯铝钛铜钽金属溅射靶材制备技术及应用”项目荣获“2020年度国家技术发明二等奖”。2022年，公司被国家工业和信息化部认定为“2022年国家技术创新示范企业”。2023年，公司主持制定的T/ZZB 0093—2016《集成电路用高纯钛溅射靶材》团队标准获得国家市场监督管理总局、国家标准化管理委员会颁发的“2022年中国标准创新贡献三等奖”，公司“平板显示用超高纯铝、铜溅射靶材关键技术研究及产业化”项目获得“宁波市科学技术进步奖一等奖”。
