Company Introduction 发行人前身金力有限成立于2008年8月19日，是由瑞德创投出资设立的有限责任公司(法人独资)，注册资本为人民币2,000万元。2008年7月16日，江西中审会计师事务所有限责任公司出具“赣中审虔验字[2008]86号”验资报告，确认截至2008年7月16日，金力有限已收到瑞德创投缴纳的上述出资。2008年8月19日，金力有限领取了赣州市工商局颁发的注册号为360703110000115的企业法人营业执照。2015年6月3日，经金力有限股东会审议通过，同意公司整体变更设立为股份公司。本次变更以2014年12月31日为审计基准日，将经立信审计确认的金力有限净资产26,472.2288万元中的15,000.00万元作为全体发起人对股份公司投入的股本，净资产值超过股本部分11,472.2288万元计入股份公司的资本公积。2015年6月26日，公司完成了整体变更工商登记，取得了赣州市工商局核发的注册号为360703110000115的企业法人营业执照。 金力永磁是集研发、生产和销售高性能钕铁硼永磁材料于一体的高新技术企业，是国内新能源和节能环保领域核心应用材料的领先供应商。其产品被广泛应用于风力发电、新能源汽车及汽车零部件、节能变频空调、节能电梯、机器人及智能制造等领域，并与各领域国内外龙头企业建立了长期稳定的合作关系。金力永磁主要产品为高性能钕铁硼永磁材料，目前已批量供应50H、50SH、50UH、45EH、30AH (TH系列)等为代表的系列牌号的产品，产品种类齐全，稳定性强，综合品质及性价比较高，在行业中具有较强的竞争力。
