| Company Introduction | 2005年5月8日，山东润丰与KONKIA签署《山东潍坊润丰化工有限公司合同》，2005年5月8日，山东润丰与KONKIA签署《山东潍坊润丰化工有限公司章程》。2005年6月16日，经潍坊市对外贸易经济合作局潍外经贸外资字（2005）第463号文《关于同意设立中外合资企业“山东潍坊润丰化工有限公司”的批复》同意，山东润丰与KONKIA共同出资设立润丰有限，注册资本241.648万美元。2005年6月16日，润丰有限取得山东省人民政府签发的商外资鲁府潍字【2005】2521号《中华人民共和国外商投资企业批准证书》。2005年6月23日，润丰有限于潍坊市工商行政管理局完成设立登记并领取注册号为企合鲁潍总副字第003804号的《企业法人营业执照》。 润丰有限整体变更设立股份有限公司，系以经审计的截至2013年4月30日扣除专项储备（安全生产费）后的净资产值672,461,788.59元折合为润丰股份成立后的股本总额18,000万股，余额计入资本公积。 自成立伊始至2008年末，伴随着中国成为世界工厂的格局，公司在国际市场上的角色定位是农药原料药制造商，作为初级原料制造商大军中的一员，尚能在国际产业链中谋得一定的利润，在“中国制造”的黄金周期获得了较丰厚的收益，取得了快速成长。2008年金融危机爆发之后，国内农药制造业由于多年持续低水平重复建设而造成的产能过剩问题越来越突出，并衍生出恶性的价格竞争。自此作为初级原料制造商角色在国际产业链中已经越来越难以获得合理的利润分享。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
